Chapter 1

The Pirates where crowded around the kitchen table, discussing dance moves and tactics for the first round of the World Jam against the red Hooks. Jason and Luke where standing off to the left finishing off a private discussion about the crew. As they finished up and walked over to the others, they all started shouting ideas to Luke about what could work for their routine.

"Alright guys quiet down, I've got everyone to meet here because we're strong and we all know this." He paused as everyone agreed and cheered. "But for me I feel like we're missing something, now I'm not sure how everyone else feels but Jason agrees with me."

The ticks looked at Luke a bit confused while Anala and Natalie nodded their heads agreeing. The Santiago Twins who had been fairly quiet slowly nodded their heads as well.

"Wait, what else do we need Luke? We have Moose and Natalie now, we can win this thing now." Carlos said.

"Yes I agree we could because they and we are a strong talented group of dancers but I feel like we need something else to really bring this crew together." Luke explained.

Carlos stood back thinking about what Luke had just said.

"I do agree with you Luke but how are we going to find someone as quickly as we need too? We really don't have the time! We need to be rehearsing and getting these dances together." Jason said.

"I agree with Jason how are we going to find someone quick enough?" Asked Moose.

Everyone agreed and started talking to each other agreeing that there is no time to find a new recruit.

"Hold up guys, I think I might be able to help." Natalie said, loud enough that everyone stopped talking and focused their attention onto her.

"It's a long shot I haven't seen this girl in a good few years but she is an amazing dancer."

"Well where can we find this girl?" Martin asked. Looking away from his twin to look at Natalie.

"I know where she is, but it's getting her to join that's going to be the hard part."

"Why's that?" Asked Luke.

"Because she gave up dancing a long time ago, I was privileged to see her dance a few times but convincing her to start again is going to be hard. But you won't find anyone better suited for what your looking for, it would be well worth it if we can convince her."

"Alright we'll go see her tomorrow then." Luke said.

"Wait a few of us should probably go, it may take a bit to convince her so we may have to dance." Natalie suggested.

"Okay then well who do you suggest to come with then?" Luke asked her.

"I think Moose should come, his personality could help." She said glancing at him. "And the twins." She added quickly.

"Alright it's settled we'll leave at eight in the morning. Everyone be ready." Luke instructed.

Everyone nodded at Luke before moving from the table, going to do their own things.

"I hope this works Nat." Luke said to her.

"It will... if she says yes."
