Paul woke up first. He remembered all of last night and nearly had a heart attack when he looked at the clock. It was already nine in the morning. His father is at work, but Mike's definitely awake. He'll snitch on him for sure! He jumped up and shook John awake, who groaned.

"John! Wake up! Your family is going to kill me!"

John stood up and rubbed his eyes, "No they won't. I bet they don't even care."

Aw, poor guy...

"Oh..." He looked down, "Well, what do you want to do?"

Again, his new friend blushed.

"C-can I have some breakfast? I didn't really eat yesterday..." Paul smiled and shook his head.

"Of course, come into the kitchen." He opened the door, "Make yourself anything you want."

----------------------------------------------

"Remember this always, Paulie, to always be kind to others."

"Why, mummy?"

"Well, you never know what goes on behind closed doors. Anyone could be Richard Cory.."

-------------------------------------------

Unsurprisingly, Mike's door was locked. Either he was still sleeping or didn't want to be bothered. Paul didn't really care. As cruel as it sounds, he didn't want anything to do with his little brother. If he was going to treat him like that, then why should he care?

Mum always said to be kind to your brother.

John ate his eggs. Mimi doesn't like him eating too much because she thinks he's too chunky, but he thinks he's fine.

"Can we hang out today?" Paul nibbled on his toast.

"You don't have to ask. Of course, we can!"

"Alrighty, let me just write a note to dad so he doesn't get worried."

"....You have a dad?"

Barely.

"Yeah."

John put his dish in the sink, "You're really lucky."

"Guess so. He doesn't do anything. Ever since the incident, all he does is go to work." Paul muttered, "The only thing he's good for is paying bills."

John scoffed as Macca instantly drowned in regret. He knew he was pissed off with James, but he didn't know he actually felt like that. Hearing it in words made him nauseous.

"Anyways man, let's go." John fixed up his hair.

Paul quietly got the notepad and pen, "Yeah."

They decided to just hang around. They walked around mindlessly. But then, Paul suggested inviting George to go to the pub.

"You sure? He's that skinny little kid in your grade. He seems pretty weird."

Paul frowned, "Trust me, he's cool. He's just shy, you're going to like him."

John sighed, "Fine, but if he's a weirdo I'm kicking his arse!"

-

When I tell you George nearly fainted when he was invited to hang with them, you better believe it! He couldn't believe it. Paul and he were going to hang out with the one and only John Lennon!
