A/N: Hey readers, in this chapter this will be Sanemi's POV. This is mild language in here.
Sanemi
Those repulsive demons! I'll exterminate them all! Starting with the one who took her. I vowed as I was practicing my breathing techniques on a bamboo forest. To my left, Uzui Tengen kept a steady pace with me through the forest. I could feel his eyes burning the back of my head. It was annoying.
"What?!" I asked abruptly. I stopped mid-walk so did Tengen.
I heard him groan but then it turned into a small chuckle.
"That was a unflashy stunt you pulled back there, Sanemi. Starting a fight with Tomioka and right in front of the Master. Typical of you. I'd say it was very unflashy of you." He said.
I scoffed at him and his words. Tengen just looked at me.
"So?!? What the hell did you expect me to do!?! Argh! Dammit! If Shinobu is hurt in anyway, I'll kill those demons and Tomioka." I yelled. I swung my sword sideways cutting some bamboo.
Tengen's headpiece swayed in the wind. "You won't kill Tomioka. Not on my watch. Also, What I'd expect from you as a Wind Hashira and as my friend to control your emotions. And to control that hot head of yours, Sanemi. Now we should gather the others to investigate the scene." He said seriously.
I turned away from his stare.
"Fine....I will work with Tomioka." I huffed out.
Upon hearing my words, Tengen smiled broadly while placing his arm around my shoulder.
"Alright!!!! I'll go and tell the others. And I guarantee it'll be FLASHY!!!" He told me as he vanished running off.
I groaned at his antics and his way with words.
"WE WILL GET SHINOBU BACK WITH STYLE AND WE WILL DO IT TOGETHER AND FLAMBOYANTLY IF I MIGHT ADD!!!" I heard him yelling as he runs away laughing in the distance.
A/N: Sanemi and Tengen had a talk. Well good for them! Also don't you love how I made Tengen overprotective of Gyiuu-san.
Another thing, I will be posting the next chapter on Sunday. I know, I know.
