Dacre had been the best support Y/N could've ever asked for, when she told him that she was pregnant with his baby and she started to panic thinking he would just cut her off she couldn't have been more wrong. Dacre started to fall in love with Y/N all over again throughout the nine months of her pregnancy, the way she carried herself and even though her pregnancy was quite hard not just for her but also for Dacre she always wanted to make sure that he was okay and that he was coping very well.
Dacre tried his absolute hardest to be there for Y/N but the accidental pregnancy couldn't have come at a worst time because he was filming for quite long days in two different states, it was alright at first when he could bring Y/N with him everywhere he went at least then he knew that she was safe and being looked after but when her bump started to become more prominent and it was advised for her not to fly, she had to stay in the home Y/N and Dacre had brought together. Y/N didn't mind it but it was very lonely for her since she only had Dacre around her and now he's filming all over the place she was on her own again.
Y/N's labour was very quick and actually quite easy considering her actual pregnancy was difficult, everyone was prepared for her labour to be difficult but when Y/N gave birth to her's and Dacre's beautiful baby boy who they chose to name Alex it was like everything was meant to be, everything just fell into place for the pair. Y/N took Alex to visit Dacre on set any chance that she was given because she wanted him to spend as much time with his son as possible.
The season 2 premiere of Stranger Things came about so Y/N tagged along with Dacre to the premiere and she even took a couple pictures with him on the red carpet, she had an assistant hold their son off camera because both her and Dacre agreed that they weren't going to expose their son to the limelight as early as this.
"So Dacre! Welcome to Stranger Things!" An interviewer cheered
"Thank you it's so surreal to be here." He smiled
"How have you been finding it all? Have you had a lot of support from your friends and family?"
"It's been amazing like I dream come true, I have had so much love and support from the other cast members but especially my girlfriend Y/N. She has been my absolute rock and has always grounded me very well especially now more than ever." Dacre said, Y/N and Dacre didn't get back together after the birth of their son but they both agreed that for the sake of interviews and to avoid confusion they would be a couple.
"That's brilliant! Now rumour has it that you actually became a dad for the first time, is that true?"
"Um yeah Y/N and I welcomed our baby boy Alex about five months ago now." Dacre smiled and Y/N smiled at him from behind the cameras
"Was he planned?" The interviewer asked
"Far from it, he was an accident after a boozy celebratory night once I found out I got the part of Billy but he was the best accident that could've ever happened to us both." Dacre smiled, Y/N was so proud of Dacre and once he came off the carpet he walked straight over to Y/N who was holding their son,
"You were great." Y/N smiled
"Thank you, you don't mind about the girlfriend comment do you?" Dacre asked
"Of course not we spoke about all of this a few weeks ago. It was going to come out eventually and we may not be together but I love you and I love that you have us a son. No matter what happens I will always love you, we both will." Y/N smiled as she kissed Dacre's cheek before passing Alex over to him for a cuddle before Dacre left to do a panel interview with the other cast members.
