lunar sighed as she took her hand off of her computer mouse, "finally" she smiled as she stretched in her chair.

"i can finally get out of this room now" she stood up from her chair and shut down the computer.

she walked towards the door and twisted the door nob open, revealing a hallway. she breathed in the fresh air and stepped out of the room before closing the door behind her.

she walked into the kitchen to see the oldest sibling, rainbow munching on some chips while scrolling through her phone near a counter.

"oh hey lunar, you finally done with your drawing?" she turned to set down her phone and turned around again to look at her sister again.

"yeah, finally" she sighed in relief and walked over to the cabinets where it held snacks and other stuff.

"jeez i'm hungry" lunar opened the cabinet and pulled out 'instant noodles'. "why didn't you just take a break and grab some food?"

"it's not that easy" lunar sighed, "i wish it was though" rainbow put away the chip and washed her hands.

"sorry. i'll keep it in mind next time" rainbow smiled sweetly before walking away to the living room. lunar poured hot water into the slightly opened cup and propped the chopsticks on-top of it before hearing a yell from the living room.

"draco! why are you just sitting there? aren't you supposed to be getting the mail??" rainbow shouted, as she saw draco lying on the couch, remote in hand.

"what? i thought funneh was going to grab it??" draco sat up, "no! she's at the grocery store grabbing stuff right now."

"what about gold?"

rainbow rolled her eyes, draco was trying to avoid getting the mail. "she's with funneh, also getting groceries." she placed her hand's on her hips, as draco groaned and got up,

"fine whatever!" draco threw the remote on the couch, "i'll be back in a bit!" he slipped on some shoes and opened the door. "kay, kay!"

the door closed as draco stepped out of the house.

"my turn!" rainbow screamed while jumping onto the couch. lunar lifted the chopsticks and removed the lid covering the noodles, she walked over to the living room, where she sat on a separate couch.

after slurping a few noodles, the front door opened revealing a concerned draco eyeing a specific envelope.

"hey guys?" draco's voice sounded dry, the girls turned to draco. "what?" "were any of you expecting a letter back for a college or school?"

"no? why?" rainbow stood up walking over to draco. draco handed rainbow the envelope and opened it, she pulled out a letter

rainbow's eyes widened as she read the letter, word by word. "what the heck is hope's peak academy?" she turned the letter over trying to look for something.

"academy?? um.. i don't know. i'm not familiar with any academies" lunar shrugged.

"well it says we're invited to go there?" rainbow observed the letter once more, "oh, well.. should we go? i mean it's a random place and we don't know what-"

"it says something about 'yandere high' .. does that ring a bell to any of you?" rainbow interrupted herself, glancing at lunar and draco waiting for an answer.

"we should wait for funneh and gold, maybe they know something about it" draco suggested, both girls agreed before rainbow headed to the counter to place the letter on the it.

"on the bright side.. lunar got her package."

_______________

the sound of key's jingling could be faintly heard outside the front door.

rainbow sighed and got up from the couch, "hold on, i'm gonna go help them with the groceries real quick"

"okay"  draco munched on doritos. rainbow slipped her slippers on and opened the front door, revealing funneh with 3 bags on her arms.

_______________

"are we gonna be-" funneh was cut off by the front door suddenly opening, "oh hey rainbow! could you help us please? my arm's fell like they're going to fall off" "yeah sure. also there's a letter inside, it said something about 'yandere high'.. it's probably has nothing to do with us anyway" rainbow rolled her eyes before running off to the car.

gold's mouth was left agape, funneh's eyes widened as she heard 'yandere high'. "what'd you say?"

rainbow turned with 2 bags, 1 in each hand. "what? what happened?" she stood confused, "what'd i say?"

"you said, yandere high?" rainbow confirmed.

"frick."

all the siblings decided it was best to discuss this matter at the dining table, so that's what they did.

"wait sorry- i wasn't paying attention, could you explain it again?" funneh rolled her eyes, as draco sat down with a bag of chips in his hand.

"basically, there were a ton of deaths at that school we used to go to. apparently, one of the students that we were really close with, was the wanted murderer."

"what? did the police ever catch them?"

gold shook her head, "the police never found who it was,
our principal had to shut down the school for various reasons, including safety of course. after that, we moved and was never able to get in contact with our friends from there again."

"that happens years ago, and now this letter just pops up??" lunar scoffed as she held up the letter, "i personally don't think we should trust this." then dropped it back, letting it lay on the table.

"i mean, it did mention something about friends from that specific school are also invited to whatever this is we're invited to?" rainbow picked it up.

"guaranteed; they're alive" rainbow read word for word from the letter.

"i'm down" draco interjected as he popped a dorito in his mouth. rainbow squinted her eyes "seriously??"

"i dunno, says we gotta be there tonight. so you guys better make your decisions now" draco stood up from the table and left.

rainbow sighed, that left the four girls to decide whether they should go or not. "well, let's start packing?"
