After grabbing his coffee up at the counter, he walks back to our table and sits down again before continuing to explain.

"So... I moved around a lot, got into bad crowds, you know, underage smoking, drinking, all that... stuff. One of my friends saw and brought me to church, and then it all just... clicked, you know?"

"Yeah... Yeah. Thanks for sharing," I say back.

"Yeah. So... your testimony?" he asks me politely.

"Oh, pretty similar actually. Also moved around quite a bit, and fell in with bad crowds, and then one day I joined a Bible group through a friend," I explain.

"Oh, nice. Well the Bible group part," he says back.

"Yeah," I nod and smile.

"Okay let me save your number?" he asks as he takes his phone out of his pocket.

"Okay, it's ***-***-****" I tell him.

"Okay, awesome! I'm gonna get going, but I'll see you on Sunday then." he says as he stands up to leave.

He stands in front of me and smiles awaiting my response before walking to the door.

"Looking forward to it." I smile back.

He nods before finally walking to the door and outside.

Well, that was certainly unexpected, to say the least. "Stranger" has a name, love for the Bible, and such a kind heart too! He could be interesting...
