1.Main character description:

A) Face:

He wears na unreadable expression from which you can't make out his emotions. He has black, short hair and brown eyes.

B) General Apperance:

He is lean, short for a guy in his 20's and slightly muscled, he's wearing a demon slayer uniform and haori which the right side is black and the left side is white. In addition, he has small infinity signs at the bottom of his haori, which are connected like a chain with each other, similarly to the collar. And he had one large Infinity mark on the whole chest and two on the sides, they were of the opposite color to the background which the given mark is, it means that if it is on the right side, it is white, and if on the left side it is black and the mark on the chest was divided in half. The right side was white and the left side was black and he has elegant black shoes.

C) Personality:

Gakusei is very impulsive which often goes in hand with aggressiveness. He doesn't care about losses, for example destroying a building that fell on a demon which resulted in killing dozens of citizens. He is like this because of his turbulent past and he is also very quiet, he doesn't talk much. He is very focused, especially during the fight but he also keeps many things to himself. He doesn't like to share his bussiness to anyone. However, when it was necessary, Gakusei could be 'open'. He is a wise and kind person who could be relied on, for example when it was necessary to train Kenshi.

Backstory:

At the beginning, Gakusei was a normal 13 year old child who attended the sword arts academy, whose principal was Shinda Difendā. Gakusei went there with his best friend, Kazoku Uragirimono. However, for several days Kazoku did not show any sign of life. And one time, when Gakusei has been about to go to his house after lessons, the headmistress came to Gakusei during recess and said, "Come to my office after school, I must tell you something very important." The headmistress said in a serious tone. "Okay, I will be there". Gakusei replied with a slight surprise *i have a bad feelings about this* Gakusei though. After lessons, when he came to the headmistress's office, he knocked to door and when the headmistress opened for him, she sighed and said sadly "Come and ... sit". Gakusei obeyed and waited for the rest of the events, pondering
*Why did the headmistress send me here? after all I didn't do anything. I wonder what that might be.* Finally, the headmistress said to him, "Whatever I tell you, don't make any rushed decisions and think carefully." She said with a warning in her voice. Gakusei nodded his head affirmatively. Seeing this, the headmistress began to say: "When I had left the academy this evening, I noticed a burning house. I ran up there quickly and went inside looking for survivors, but all I found were dead bodies and a strange creature stood over one of them, who ran away when it noticed me. I'm telling you this because ... ". She paused, sighed again and continued."this... this was your home." she said with difficulty. Gakusei felt the surprise at first, but then something broke in him, he got up and said "No..it ... it can't be ... it can't be true."
"Sorry Gakusei but I know what I saw."
By then Gakusei was already out of reason he smacked his hand on the desk and shouted
"WHY?!"
"Gakusei ...." The headmistress tried to say, but Gakusei started yelling at her again
"IF YOU DON'T KILL THIS SOMETHING, I WILL DO IT!" he wanted to open the door, but the headmistress prevented him from doing so in one smooth movement. Gakusei tried to break free from her embrace while yelling "LET ME LET ME! I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU! I WILL DO WHAT YOU WON'T, OR IT WILL KILL SOMEONE ELSE!" but he couldn't get out and when he finally calmed down, Gakusei started to cry blaming himself * I could have prevented it ... surely I could. When I was exercising, they died. What have I done? I let them die. Why? Why me?*
"Gakusei, sit down please. Let me finish." Shinda said, Gakusei said nothing but the headmistress released him anyway. Then Gakusei sat down again and Shinda followed suit. Then the headmistress spoke to him "I know it's a hard time for you, but I will help you survive it. As part of my compensation, if you want, you can stay with me until you graduate from the academy." she said, trying to calm down Gakusei. Gakusei nodded, still sobbing.
"Gakusei, I guarantee you that everything will be alright. You can leave now, wait for me at the etrance, I'll join you in a moment." She said with calmness, but also with a concern in her voice. Hearing that, Gakusei left the office without a word and headed to the exit but when he got there he decied to go his house. When he almost be there he stop, beacuse he saw his house in ruin. He sit on his kneel and was just looking what rest of his house. A year has passed since then and Gakusei from a smiling and always helpful boy turned into a quiet and gloomy man. Gakusei often thought what that creature was, because he wanted to get his revenge. He even tried to ask Shinda anything about it, but she found out nothing. By the time Gakusei graduated from academy, he returned to the headmistress's house, which he became very attached during this time and Shinda was like a mother to him. When he came back, they began to eat dinner together, and Shinda tried to make any conversation with Gakusei to no avail. Until Shinda said to him
"Gakusei" Gakusei looked at her with no Spark of interest in his eyes. However, Shinda ignored that and said
"I need to tell you something about your family." Gakusei mask do not falter but deep down he was curious but also felt a slight unease
"The creature that killed your family...was a demon- bloodthirsty creature that eats people to get stronger." Shinda continue.
Gakusei was surprised beacuse of this,but he began to wonder about what Shinda had just said to him
*Demons? I heard legends about them and when people mentioned something, but I didn't think they existed, I thought it was just a superstition...hmm demon or not, I will take revenge on it no matter what.* Shinda then also told him the story of demons and the demon slayers. And then she added, "I also think you are wondering why you haven't seen Kazoku for a year and why I forbid you to go to him. Well, I am almost 100% sure that .." She stopped for a moment. She seemed uncertain *I have a very bad feeling about this* Gakusei thought.
"that Kazoku became ... became a demon and that he .. killed your family" she said with hesitation. Gakusei could not stand it anymore, an anger that the world had not seen was forming in his eyes, he hit the table and shouted.
"KAZOKU WOULD NEVER DO THIS TO ME. I DON'T BELIEVE YOU, YOU LIE!"
"Gakusei, listen to me." Shinda calmly replied "people ...."
"I DON'T WANT YOUR EXPLANATIONS! YOU'RE DEFINITELY LIE, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO ACCUSATE HIM!" He interrupted Shinda and threw a bowl against the wall, causing it to break. Then Shinda grabbed Gakusei hand and looked at him with kindness to calm down Gakusei then in his eyes shifted from fury and anger to sadnees and despair "People after turning into a demon lose their past life memory."
Shinda said that what she wanted when Gakusei interrupted her.
"But...but why he? Why did he agree to that? Why?" Gakusei said with a hopeless voice and tears in his eyes.
"I don't know, but I can tell you what you can do if you plan to get revenge." Shinda said
"What?" Gakusei replied.
"Go through the eastern gate until you reach the foot of Mount Natagumo. There you will meet a man named Yūkan. I want you to go there today."
"Yes!" Gakusei replied with hope in his voice but also with great sadness
"If we don't meet again, I wanted to apologize to you, Shinda. For everything I've done wrong to you." he added.
"You didn't have to do that because I already forgave you for everything you did." Shinda replied with characteristic tenderness and calmness. After finishing the meal, Gakusei prepared himself and left Shinda's house after exchanging their goodbyes. And he got on the road following Shinda's directions. Gakusei decided to ask the owner of the house he was passing by if he could stay the night. When was he about to knock to door
Gakusei heard something "AAAAAAA HELP LET SOMEONE HELP US!" An unknown person screamed in horror *It sounds like woman screaming, and I think someone is with her,i have to hurry up!* Thought Gakusei, and almost at the same moment struck the door open. He started searching the entire pit but found nothing. So Gakusei ran as fast as possible to the top floor, and after a while he noticed the balanced door, and again screams could be heard from that side. Gakusei ran there as soon as he stood in the doorway and saw two people and something humanoid above them. *What is this? It doesn't resemble a human. A DEMON?!* Gakusei thought as he ran to the creature with fury in his eyes and sword in hand, which he kept after graduating from academy. However, the creature dodged Gakusei's attack without any problems. As a result, Gakusei fell out of the window. Luckily he fell onto the bushes do nothing happened to him and Gakusei was ale to stand up.when he got up the demon jump out after him. Gakusei regained his composure and struck him a blow, but it wasn't any lasting damage because it left only a shallow wound. After a while, Gakusei saw that the wound was gone, now he is sure it was a demon. Gakusei tried to do something to him using what they taught him at the academy. But the demon avoided it, or the wounds were so shallow that they healed almost instantly. Why is it not surprising is because at this point in the story he is 13 years old. It must also be admitted that Gakusei remembered something from the academy because he also avoided the demon's attacks. Suddenly Gakusei remembered the headmistress'es story about demons, especially the part where she spoke about their weaknesses. When he remembered that demons are dying from the sunlight, he decided to keep the demon in the open and not let it escape into the forest until the sun showed up. Because he knew it wouldn't be long. Fortunately for him, he was right. The sun was slowly rising, but Gakusei was slowly losing strength after the demon's constant attacks. When the demon saw the first lightstreams, he wanted to run away. But Gakusei blocked his path by attacking him. When the sun was almost in sight, the demon almost fled into the forest, but Gakusei caught him and prayed for the sun to show up as soon as possible otherwise the demon would kill him. His plan worked, the demon could not free himself from his grip for a moment, and after a while it was over because the sun had already appeared and the demon burned in front of Gakusei's eyes. *In the end I beat him, I was sure I was going to die but I did it. I am already terribly exhausted, wait...THERE WERE PEOPLE HERE! * Gakusei, without thinking for a moment,he ran to the upper floor of the house. To check if nothing happened to the owners. Fortunately, they were fine. The man who was there stood up and said "Thank you, you saved us .. but what was that?" The man asked curiously, "I don't know, but it's all over." Gakusei replied feeling that he shouldn't be talking about it. "But I also have a question." "Yes?" The man answered. "Could I stay for the night? Because I'm exhausted from the trip." Gakusei said softly. "Of course, make yourself comfortable." the man said. An hour passed and Gakusei was in bed wondering *I wonder who this Yūkan is and how Shinda knows him. Hmmm..that doesn't matter if he helps me get my revenge, I will go even if it would be on the other side of the world.* And after a while he fell asleep. The next day he had breakfast with the owners, during which they tried to ask Gakusei about yesterday's incident, but Gakusei did not respond, he don't say anything he just eat. When he finish he stood in the door said, "Thank you, have a nice day." and he left, guided by the onward journey, which proceeded quietly to the end. When Gakusei Had made sure that the mountain in front of him was the one he was looking for, he made it by eavesdropping on other people's conversations. He went to the foot of Mount Natagumo, when he was there, he saw a clearing and one house among it *One house? This has to be the one Shinda meant.* Gakusei thought, and immediately went there and knocked to door. Immediately a man opened the door and said loud "Hello! Come in and make yourself comfortable!" Gakusei in shocked entered and sat down, the man sat across from him and said, "I presume that you are the Gakusei Fukushū!" Gakusei nodded and the man continued, "My name is Yūkan and I am going to prepare you to become a demon slayer!" He said with a loud and firm voice.
