Hawks sat at a table, slouch with a hand over his mouth like he was deep in thought, while holding a piece of paper. It was a small Dossier they had on the Red Hood. By small, there's almost nothing on the dossier besides sightings. Ever since his disappeared, Hawks had been searching every corner for him. But nothing. Even his feathers couldn't find anything.

"Hawks" Someone called out to him. He looked up to see a group of pro Heroes around the table he was at. He was inside a conference room. Normally he wouldn't go to these. But since it was about the Red Hood, He had to.

The room itself was ginormous. It could fit more than two dozen of pro Heroes inside. But only a few were current. That being Hawks, Endeavor, Mirko, Ryukuyu, Fat Gum, Edge Shot, Kamui Woods, and Crust.

"Hawks, you had the most interaction with him. Did he sat or mention anything to you?" Ryukuyu asked.

"No, no he didn't" Hawks answered, turning his attention to the paper. "If we do find him, I vote that we should let him be" Hawks said putting the paper down and looking at group with all seriousness in his look. The group of heroes looked at him in disbelief while Endeavor kept his usual stern look. "When All Might was the number one hero, we were still needed. He spread Hope. But, that's not was deterred the villains. When the Red Hood was out there, how many calls did we get? I was barely needed in tbe streets and the skies. The Red Hood, he spreads both Fear and Hop. The Hope keeps the Civilians happy. The fear stops the villains from acting out. All Might was the hero they wanted, but the Red Hood is the one it deserves." During his speech, everyone was silent. Even after, they were silent. "He's right. Murderers and Rapist don't deserve to live. That's why he's Staining his hands" Hawks spoke before sitting up and just casually turned and walked right out of the room.

Even after he left, the room was silent. No one was making eye contact with each other. Hawk's little speech made them uncomfortable. But it also made a few of them think

He's right.

The first one to speak up was Fatgum.

"Wether their Murderers and Rapist. Those are still human lives."

"How many people have we indirectly killed?" Ryukuyu asked quietly, keeping her gaze to the table. She had both her hands on the table, clenched up. "How many people have we killed by locking up villains only for them to escape and kill more people? He may have killed people. But if he didnt, how many more people would they kill?"

They all know the answer. But no one wanted to answer.

"This meeting is done" Endeavor finally spoke up. When he stood up from his chair, everyone else stayed sitting. They were all lost in their thoughts.

On the outside of the room, Hawks was leaning against the wall with his back and a single foot. He had a feather hidden under the table. So he heard everything.

"How many people have I indirectly killed?" Hawks asked himself as he had his feather return to him as he heard Endeavor conclude the meeting. The feather slipped under the door and returned to Hawks wings. "Too many" he said walking away

Hawks was soaring through the sky. Lucky for him, it was a clear day with minimal wind. Just enough for him room glide the right distance. He was keeping out for any villain activity. He was also keep an eye out for any mention of the red hood.

But nothing. It was getting dark and his patrol was about to end. So he made his way towards his penthouse for a good night sleep.

But sleep was the last thing he'd have to worry about.

Hawks landed on his balcony and right before he was about to grab his handle, he noticed it looked a little oily. So he used a three feathers to wipe the oil off the know and sent them flying into the air. Within a few seconds, the feathers exploded, causing him to wince slightly.

He carefully grabbed the hand and opened in. He didn't need to see it. He could sense a man in his kitchen.

"What do you want? I thought were done" Hawks spoke as he walked further into his penthouse.

"The demons head brings a message" a women spoke.
