It was the night from a dreadful day, Thor carried Tony back into his bedroom from the kitchen after being affected from the day. Tony instantly falls asleep and Thor lies beside him, making sure he is okay and he covers Tony with the duvet before kissing him on the cheek. Tony lays in bed asleep but in pain while Thor walks out of the room and out onto the balcony, not being able to sleep and sits on the wall. While later Tony wakes up from too much pain and notices Thor not being there, he steps out of bed and wonders through the mansion then finding him out on the balcony. Tony sits on the wall beside Thor. Thor holds onto Tony’s hand gently. “Can’t sleep either?” Thor looking at Tony with his eyes shining from the moon light. Tony shook his head then places his head gently again Thor shoulder. Thor kisses Tony’s head then resting his head against Tony’s, both looking out into the dark and calm ocean.
After a while of spending their time together out on the balcony they both become tired and held each other’s hand, walking back into the bedroom before tucking in and falling asleep. Tony slept like a baby throughout the night unfortunately Thor did not. He kept getting the flashbacks from the attack which occurred between Tony and himself. Thor kept tossing and turning in his sleep, not waking Tony up. The flashbacks Thor was getting was himself walking in the town centre, frustrated after having an argument with Tony and after a while they start attacking each other by physically hitting each other with inanimate objects. Thor started to mutter in his sleep quietly before inhaling sharply and waking up, he looked over at Tony, seeing that he still sleep then bends down to him and kisses his cheek before returning back to sleep.
The next morning Thor wakes up and looks around with a pain in his neck, he moved his weak and tired hand over to the back of his neck, rubbing it before heading out of bed and wondered around the mansion. Tony, was downstairs in the workshop fixing his suit which he had been doing all night had heard Thor moving around upstairs and quietly walked up the stairs and sneaked behind Thor as he stood in the kitchen, wrapping his arms around his waist and moving his head to kiss Thor’s cheek. “Morning” Tony said with a smile on his face. “Morning Tony” Thor turned his body around and looking into Tony’s eyes with a sleepy smile. “What shall we do today?” Asks Thor, not paying much attention. “Well, we haven’t done any training for a while. We could do some if you wish?” Tony says softly, trying not to force him into training. “Sure” Thor says with a small smile, takes Tony’s hand and walks into the gym together then places the gloves on each other and sliding into the ring. They both train for some time before they both lay down in the middle of the ring with Thor’s head resting on Tony’s shoulder, both looking up at the ceiling until Thor slowly falls asleep. Tony looked down at Thor and smiled before kissing his head and also falling asleep too.
Few days has passed and not a lot has happened around the house, it’s like Tony and Thor has gone to their regular life and forgotten about each other. Thor gets a call, it’s his brother. “Thor, I’d like to invite you and Tony to come and visit Steve and I, we’ve had twins and we’d like to meet up. How about you both come round soon?” Thor was unsure, not just because he found it weird that his brother has had twins but also because he had been invited along with Tony. “Sure, We’ll be round soon.” Thor hesitated his answer then hung up. He walked down to the workshop, to find Tony and telling him that they’ve been invited. Within a few minutes they arrive at the house and stands outside, wonders what these twins will be like this time. Tony knocked on the door and waited patiently. Steve and Loki both answered the door, gestured both Thor and Tony to come inside, they smiled and walked inside. “Wonderful home you have” Tony said, being polite. Thor looked around with a blank expression on his face and without thinking of what he was going to say. “Is this real or are you playing a prank on us?” Thor raised a brow and looked at Loki. “Of course it’s real, why would I make up such a lie?” Loki glanced over at his brother while Steve leaned against the wall, both feeling rather tired. Thor cleared his throat. “I apologise, brother. Perhaps you both should get some rest and we’ll look after the twins. You both look restless.” Steve nodded at Loki with a small smile on his face, taking his hand. “Thank you, Thor.” Steve looked at Thor then over at Tony. Loki walked upstairs with Steve and laid on the bed, both falling straight asleep while Thor and Tony wondered over into the living room and sitting down beside the cots, Thor moved closer to Tony and held his hand. “Maybe it’s time we should tell people about us..” Thor said, anxious to tell people and to speak the truth. Tony nodded in silence.
Couple of hours go by, Thor and Tony were silent as they continued to keep looking on the twins, making sure everything was okay. Thor shuffled closer over to Tony then kissed him, Tony jumped as he was in his own world. “Sorry about that.” He kissed back. Loki had woken up and started to walk downstairs quietly, as he arrived downstairs and walked towards the living room, he paused and leaned against the door frame, surprised of what he is seeing but being the God of Mischief he stayed where he was, quietly. Both Tony and Thor was unaware they were being watched, after their kiss they kept holding hands and looking down at the twins until Loki cleared his throat and frightened both of them, Thor quickly let go and moved away from Tony. “Relax.. I saw everything.” Loki said, folding his arms and he moved closer inside. Thor glanced over at Tony then Loki. “Everything?” Thor said, shocked of what his brother saw. Loki nodded in silence before speaking with a kind voice. “Don’t be so nervous about it, you shouldn’t hide your love. I think it’s kind of cute.” He smiled and sat on the floor, beside the cot. Tony shuffled closer to Thor and held his hand once again.
Tony looked at his watch, checking the time and he spoke suddenly. “We have to go now, we got things planned for tonight.” Thor looked puzzled then glanced over at Tony and nodded. “Indeed” Thor said, standing up and lifting Tony up with him “It was nice seeing you again, Loki. Congratulations to you both” He said with a smile. “Thank you” Loki said going to the front door, opening it for them both. He watched as they left and shut the door behind. On the drive back, Thor was thinking about how pleased his brother has become and looked out the window, seeing that they’ve arrived him. He steps out of the car and waits for Tony to come out also before holding his hand and both walking upstairs and into the bedroom. Thor shut the door behind as Tony took his shoes off and collapsed on the bed with a big sigh. “Been a long day, so glad to be home” Tony said with a relief as he lays flat out on the bed. Thor nodded in silence and slowly walked over to the bed before climbing in and resting his head on Tony’s shoulder. “I love you..” Thor muttered as he cuddled up and slowly nodding off to sleep. Tony looked down at him and smile lifted on his face, kissing his head softly. “I love you too, Thor.” He laid there with Thor asleep on him, staring at the ceiling before shutting his eyes and both asleep in each other’s arms.
