Over the young rising sun sat haleema, and as usual sipping her mug of hot steaming coffee, she watched as young boys and girls oozed out of thier houses each ready for school and getting in thier cars, disappearing into the already busy street. From her balcony, she had a clear view of the general pool, she saw each and every one going in and out of the quaters, she had a clear view of the other houses and from her window she had a clear view of the house opposite thiers. She watched amusingly as two boys wandered from one room to another, bickering as they got ready for school. The two boys looked alike. She watched as both of them had to fight over every single thing. They dragged the only white t shirt crumbling the once neatly folded shirt into minions of squeezes. They went for a pair of socks each holding one not ready to foresake the other. Along thier mini fights, an older version of them came out sending daggers thier way. He was all dressed." Five more minutes"he seethed before disappearing into the house. The two ran quickly one ruffling the others hair as the other swatted his hand away. She watched as the older came out and went into a car parked in their driveway. The other two were on thier heels, one with a cup of tea while the other had toasts in his hands. They gulped down in no time and off they went. Haleema laughed her ass off. She was sure going to get to know these little minions with time.

She went downstairs after dusting and sweeping the room. She went downstairs and the family were all asleep so she mopped the floors of the two living rooms, dusted and made breakfast before proceeding to jalilah and jawads rooms to wake them up. She started with jalilah, the girl was wide awake. She simply told her to come for breakfast and went to call jawad. The boy was one hell of a sleeper. She had to practically push him hard he landed on his butt. After series of whining, he finally was fully awake and went to take a shower. Haleema then went to jawahir's. She cleaned her up , brushed her teeth and together they went out with the little angel blabbering things she couldn't understand. Out of all her siblings, she developed a fondness for the girl but just how long before she turned into a mini  jalilah.
Soon enough it was noon, after making lunch, she went back to her room. Over at the balcony again for she had took an instant liking to the place. She watched as cars drove in, with parents dropping off thier wards. The boys car parked and surprisingly, a shirt was thrown out, then shoes, a sock and other things were flying out the window. The elder boy just got out and slammed the door shut before going in the house. The other two were still in. One came out laughing his ass of whilst the other came out, a deep frown etched on his face as he took his belongings scattered on the floor before ruffling the others hair. The other groaned and soon the two stauntered into the house at each other's back.
As she looked at the duo in utter suprise, a throat was cleared behind her back. She turned face to face with jalilah giving her a suprised look. Jalilah was always one to order her around. She had never stepped foot in her room even back in kaduna." To what do I get this visit jalilah." She asked in a rather bored tone. She knew what ever brought jalilah over was not good." Pretty nice room." Jalilah said ignoring the first statement. She was such a snorty bitch. She had a poisned mind and would go to any extent just to make one miserable. Jalilah looked at her sister deeply. She was once a girl who would roam around filling her ears with her obsessed novel hero. It was always jalilah this or jalilah that. She had successfully killed the girl inside of haleema and she knew that.
Jalilah sat on the bed, her eyes suddenly stinging with unshed tears. Haleema watched silently, she had always wondered what wrong she did to this soul so she just looked at her with eyes devoid of any form of emotion. Somehow, the love she had for has has suddenly disappeared. As she looked at her, all she saw was a wicked sister who wouldn't stop at anything to get her punished. She couldn't remember the last time they talked like real talking with her.  I know you wanna ask me why I've been wicked to you Haleema. Because it was always you, she said and all hell broke loose.
