We are almost there, to the place i love most with my favorite people Susannah, Conrad, and my best friend Jeremiah. It's been a whole year since i've seen them again, I mean i would text jere regularly but not the rest. Plus this summer will be different me and and my twin belly look completely different from last summer we grown up. Maybe this will be the summer jere sees me differently.
"Guys we're almost here, this summer i want you help out more, especially you Steven." mom says she's always weird about use helping out since Susannah has more money than us.
"Yeah yeah we know mom" Steven says.
"Also I don't want you guys out all night." mom keeps talking.
"Mom Belly doesn't have anywhere to go and me and Mel's always come back at a reasonable time." Steven comes back at my mom and she sighs.
"Hey i have places to go." Belly says back but me and Steven laugh.
"Guys stop being jerks." mom tells us
It's not like i'm older than belly she has just never had anywhere to go i mean jere always invites me to party's but belly's never invited. i always try but they never let her. i guess she just isn't close enough to any of us like she's my best friend but during the summer it's me and jere it has been forever.
We get to the house and i jump out of the passenger seat I run to jere who was waiting at the pourch and we met half way and he picks me up and spins me around.
"You grew up so much mels" jere laughs
"i'm not that different" i say as susannah walks out and i run over to her.
"Oh you girls bloomed this summer you look absolutely gorgeous." she says and belly runs over and hugs her.
"i've missed you so much" we both say hugging her.
Belly walks over to conrad and he talks to her i come over and give him a side hug since i know he's not a physical touch kinda person.
"you guys know what time it is!" Steve yells
"Time for a Belly flop" we all yell back
Belly starts to run from us but Conrad holds her down and we all grab a limb.
"ONE. TWO. THREE." we all yell and throw her in we're all laughing and then she pulls conrad into the pool with her.
I head up to my room and start to unpack for the summer as i hear a knock on my door. Jere walks into my room and jumps onto my bed.
"I missed you" he says
i did next to him and put my head on his shoulder "same i hate not seeing u for that long" i sigh and he wraps his arm around me.
God i wish the feeling from last summer would go away.
