Part 1

It was the fourteenth of 1986- it was a breezy evening.I woke up from my alarm clock and realized I was 10 minutes late. I look outside my window, and saw Steve waiting outside my house.I was completely confused cause I was the one that was always on time, unlike Steve.

I got dressed and ran outside. "Hurry up" Steve yelled. "Well my bad Steve, my alarm clock woke me up late." "Yeah whatever just hurry up." I got inside the car, and we drove to Family Video.

Once we got there, I started restocking movies while Steve's lazy ass just stayed on the computer the whole time, clicking the keyboard 24/7. The door open and ringed as I looked up.

Her hair was red and she had this pretty face. I obviously knew it was Vickie. As Steve looked at me and knew, he said "Why don't you help her instead?" "NO Steve, I can not do that." I whispered. You know how I get when y'know- I talk stupid and fast. "Well yeah, but people loved that about you" Steve said. "Sure" I said annoyed.

I went behind the front desk and got the computer. "Is there a-anything I can help you find Vickie?" Vickie got closer to the front desk. "Yes, I'm looking for an action movie." She smiled. "Oh o-okay" I said nervously. "Right this way" As Vickie followed me I showed her all the action movies we had. I looked at her eyes as she bent down and started looking for a movie she liked.

"Aw yes, this one" she exclaimed. I jumped up from her voice. "This one is a good movie, I'll just go check it out for you." I grabbed the movie from her hand. She touched my hand and kept it their for awhile. I looked up and make eye contact with her. Vickie started smiling and realized that she had touch my hand. "Oh I'm sorry" she said "It's uh fine"

I went to the front desk and check out the movie for her. "Here you go" "Thanks" she said as she was about to walk out the door. "Uh wait" I yelled. She turned around and smiled. I smiled nervously  and said "Do you uh wanna hang out sometime, not like if you don't want too but yeah?" " Sure" she said. She grabbed a pen from her purse and grabbed my hand. She wrote her number down as I kept staring at her.

"There you go, I'll see you tomorrow at 12, okay." "Okay" I said about to faint. "Looks like someone has a crush." Steve said. "Shut up, Dingus." She probably doesn't even like me"
"Of course she does, I mean have you seen her." "She definitely likes boobies" Steve said. OMG no Steve please do not say Boobies" I said embarrassed. "Boobies" he said laughing.

Some guy came in and started being suspicious. "Hey, do you need help with something." Steve said. The guy stared at Steve. "Fuck off" the guy said.

He grab movies and put them underneath his shirt and ran outside. Steve ran past me and went outside. As I can see from the window, Steve was getting his ass beat, again for the 4th time...

I got an ice pack for Steve and gave it to him as he was panting. "That guy got you pretty good" I said. "Yeah, Robin I can tell" He said disappointed. "Well do you wanna close up, it seems like not that much people are here and it's already 5pm and we got robbed for movies." I said . "Yeah let's go" Steve said rolling his eyes.

Later on at Steve's house~5:30pm

"I'm so tired" I groaned. "Yeah yeah" Steve said. We got inside the house and turned on the bright lights. "Should we just order pizza?" Steve said. "Yeah ofc" I said.

We started listening to You shook me all Night Long-AC/DC. We started drinking lots of beer and danced most of the time until we heard the door bell ring. "Can you go open the door" Steve said with his face against the wall. "Fine" I get up from my seat and almost fall. I open the door and it's Nancy Wheeler.
