chapter 39

I was in class finishing my exam. today was the last day of school, we were going to Spain for the holidays.

the bell eventually rang and it was now break. "make sure you guys do the summer reading" the teachers says to everyone

I walked over to the field and sat down on the grass waiting for the P.E teacher to come.

okay so basically our last exam is the athletic one. the teacher decided to do it in break so that we can leave school earlier. We had 2 hours for the exam and today we're playing 3 games. handball, basketball and Dodgeball.

I was laying on the field drinking some water, I covered my eye with my hand, avoiding the sun. I was the only one here. eventually everyone started to come and sat in the group's

I have 40 students in my year, there was 20 in each group. I walked over to my group and we started to talk about how to win

I was just focusing on how to work my asthma inhaler. yes I have asthma but I don't know how to use a pump, dumb I know.

in my group was, Elle, dahlia, me, Ali, Hannah, Avery, Jacob, Alex, Joseph, Quinn, Scarlett (not my aunt), Monet, Dante, Gabriel, talia, Nessa, Tessa, Taylor, Jenkins and Reid. I know.

I'm very athletic, I don't show it often. I prefer books and art. "okay y/n ready?" I hear, I look up and see Taylor looking at me. I was confused but just nodded. "okay good come on" 

we walked over to the teacher and told him we were ready. I stood in my position and took a deep breath

"YESSS" I scream, we won the first game. basketball.

"Taylors team won" the teacher blows the whistle and stopped to game. I hugged Taylor and we both jumped up and down together. I walked over to Avery and pecked her

"are you okay?" I questioned, she nodded her head. now we were playing Dodgeball. I looked Avery once more "sure?" I asked again she just nodded her head and walked away from me.

I frown in confused untill I heard a whistle, I walked over to my place and started to play

we lost. I hate dodgeball anyways. I looked at dahlia and saw her with Cameron talking to him. he kissed her cheek and walked away. i saw her blushing

I smirked and then we started playing handball.

"Avery, give me" I put my hand in the air catching the ball. i dribbled the ball and almost hit in the goal. I got pushed and fell on my back

landing on my elbow making me scream in pain. I felt something heavy on my face. I slowly closed my eyes and let the pain take over me.

I felt someone lift me up, I couldn't see anything. it looked like sir. Hussain. I opened my eyes and got layed on a bed. I slowly opened my eye, crying in the process because my eyes were hurting to much.

"it's okay, dont force it" I heard, I nodded my head and whimpered in pain "I can't, it- it hurts" I cry out

"hey y/n/n" I hear Avery's voice "Im hear its okay" she whispered taking my hand

I hear a few other people crying "is she gonna be okay" Talia's voice whisper "I hope" I heard the teacher say

I felt like I was being drained out. it was hard to breath and I could speak.

Avery pov:

me, Talia and dahlia were waiting and hoping for an ambulance to come faster. I heard y/n breathing slowly go away "no" I whisper "quicky do something" I shout
