   - Brown eyes, brown hair, faint freckles.
   - Usually has her nails painted whatever color her earrings are,, very fun.
   - Has a tooth gap!
   - Dark jeans are her go-to no matter what season it is. From S2-S4, they're usually ripped.
   - Penelope has a habit of stealing Steve's old sweaters and jackets, especially the ones that are just slightly too small for him. Obviously she doesn't wear them in Summer, though,,
   - Right before S2 starts, Penelope cuts her hair to kind of,, defy her parents in a way. She decides to keep it fairly short because it stays out of her way like that.
   - Colorful clothes are something she really enjoys wearing, including fun earrings. This is true even when she's closing herself off from people. Her sunglasses from S1 get lighter over time, which kind of matches her personality in a way. In S4, she trades them out for heart-shaped glasses instead.
   - At the start of S3, she gets helix piercings for funsies. She also is working at the Claire's in the Starcourt Mall,, which,,, she definitely steals earrings from. She also 100% stole those heart glasses she wears in S4.

Personality ;;
   - S1 : Quiet, closed-off, slowly warming up to people,, She's not really close with anyone, not even Steve anymore. She's pretty cynical, and even rude at times. However, when she's babysitting Lucas and Erica she tries her best to tone it down. Has a very time sleeping because of nightmares, but that gets worse after all the stuff that happens related to the Upside Down.
   - S2 : Much less rude, still pretty sarcastic at times. Trying to be kinder, and realizes that she's actually pretty good with kids after bonding with the party. She's extremely protective but usually tries to keep them out of danger instead of bailing them out of it. When Billy knocks Steve out she almost kills him but she restrains herself. Barely. She cares about him a lot despite them drifting apart.
   - S3 : Doing much better emotionally, even with her dad on her ass about "being better than her older brother",, (Funny how he suddenly cared as soon as Steve wasn't useful anymore,,) Anyway, she's also happier because her and Steve are finally on better terms again, and Robin is talking to her,,, she's a little anxious around Robin though because she mayyy have realized that she has a crush on her. More playful than she has been in any of the seasons before this.
   - S4 : Calls the Byers household every other day to make sure El and Will are alright, also chatting with Johnathan every so often. She's very loving and would do anything for the kids she somehow came to protect over the last few years. She still watches over Lucas and Erica, and she went to the basketball game to support him even if she hated the popular kids. Definitely was not thrilled when Nancy and Steve were flirting with each other again after everything, because she definitely is a person that's big on loyalty after everything. She really enjoyed hearing about D&D from the Hellfire club kids, and she even attended a few of the sessions to watch (and even play once). Would fight and die for people she loves at this point!!

Backstory ;;
   - As Steve's younger sister, he was extremely protective and caring towards her for a very long time. They were close for years, until their parents decided that Steve needed to "grow up" and "be a man",, of course. The two drifted apart and with Penelope being extremely neglected by her parents, she learned how to take care of herself and she shut people out.
   - In sixth grade, after Barb and Robin drifted apart, Penelope and Robin somehow became unlikely friends. They stay friends until S1, where Penelope unintentionally pushes Robin away because of all the stuff going on.
   - Right before S1 starts, Penelope becomes the babysitter of the Sinclair kids.
   - Finds a calico kitten (Stitches) on Halloween during S2. Not important, it's just cute because she keeps it in her room and hides it from her parents.
