The next day was about to be a very new experience for her. She was about to watch the match in the stadium for the first time.

They have all gotten into the team bus and Nush and Vi walked hand in hand as they got down from the bus at the stadium.

They were all swarmed by paps and their typical non sensical questions.

'Why is Anushka Sharma in the team bus?'

'How can an actress travel with the cricketers?'

'Virat Kohli,how do you manage to stop getting distracted by her?'

'If you can't ask good questions, you should just leave then.' Mahi bhai said sternly.

'But-'

'Did you not hear what he said? Also this isn't the first time a wag accompanied the team. Leave us alone.' Ro shut him.

Vi was worried about how Nush would take it because she wasn't used to it.

He wanted to talk to her but it wasn't possible as Nush left to the stands and the boys to the dressing room.

'Don't worry about her. You can talk to her after the match.' Ro understand what Vi was thinking.

Meanwhile Nush was waiting for the match to begin.

Ms walked onto the field for the toss and having won it, decided to bat first.

The OG opening pair, Ro and Shikhar have walked onto the field and were in very good touch.

Shikhar departed after scoring 43 in 28 balls and then came Virat Kohli.

Virat who wanted to hit the ball outside the off-stump towards long-on, ended up top-edging the ball between backward point and third-man and was caught, dismissing him.

Virat walked back to the pavilion scoring 7 in 5 balls.

'It is all because of her.' Anushka heard this nasty comment from someone behind her.

She wanted to shut that person down but couldn't do so.

Rohit who by then was on 48* continued scoring runs and got his eleventh ton in internationals and 5th in T20's, earning applause from the entire stadium and dugout.

There was certain someone who cheered the loudest and probably more happier than Ro himself.

The first innings has come to an end and India managed to put 207 runs on board.

England were on fire too but jassi and yuzi have taken quick wickets and the result was England were 150-6 in 15 overs.

But Moen Ali was on strike and he managed to make quick runs taking his team to 200 by the end of the 19th over.

It was a nerve gripping situation for both sides. The equation was 6 balls 8 runs to win.

Jassi was bowling the last over and managed to bowl three successive dot balls.

The batters took two runs in the next balls and Moen Ali was back on strike and 6 runs were needed on the last ball.

He flicked the ball and it was in the air. It looked like it would go for a six but Virat took a stunning catch at the long on dismissing Moen Ali and India won the first match of the series.

'An actress in the team bus, what was she doing there?'

'Is she here as a wag? Even if that's the case how can she travel in the team bus?'

'Virat Kohli dismissed for seven after being seen with Bollywood actress.'

'What are you doing?' Ro snatched Vi's phone from his hand.

They were still in the dugout while post match conferences were taking place.

'I've just scored a century. Look at news articles about that. Why do you wanna upset your mood?' Ro asked looking at all the articles directed at Anushka.

'Yeah I've seen an article about it just now, wait I'll read it out.' Vi took his phone back and began reading out loud.

'Are you serious? And if you didn't clap they'll say that it was out of jealousy. Anyways let's end this discussion here. Don't read these articles in front of Anushka, she'll definitely feel bad.' Ro said.

He started liking her since their discussion about love the previous day.

'Of course I won't do that. But she's here because of me and now she's become a target to them.' Vi sighed.

'In that case it's me who forced you to call her. So will you put the blame on me?' Ro asked.

'What? Ofcourse I won't do that. If she's not my girlfriend then she wouldn't had to face these right?' Vi asked.

'So you plan on ditching her or what?' Ro asked.

'I love her so much Ro. I can't see this happen to her and that too when I'm the reason. She would definitely say that she's not offended because she doesn't want me to feel bad.'

'Look she's a famous personality and so are you. And you two make a good pair according to the media and that's why they are jealous of you. You know, when two famous people come together, they will say shit like this. But you shouldn't let it affect you Vi.' Ro tried to explain.

'But what happened today was on another level. We did read these articles even before but no one has ever told this to her directly from that close. I wonder how she's feeling.'

'Just some twenty minutes more Vi, we'll get back into the bus.' Ro said who himself was feeling bad for her but if he said it out it would hurt Vi even more.

'Mam, I'm a huge fan of you. Please give me an autograph.' Nush who was super upset until then had a sudden change of mood after hearing it.

'Thank you so much.' she said as she gave an autograph.

'I love Virat Kohli so much. Can you please give this letter to him?' that fan pleaded.

'Yeah sure I'll give it.'

'Also tell Rohit congratulations on my behalf and to the entire team that I love them.'

'Sure. I'm sure they'll be happy hearing it.' Nush was genuinely happy meeting this fan.

The press conference was done and they all have headed back into the bus.
