Today is my court date all because I assaulted a cop... I assaulted him for a good reason he tased me why I don't kno-

                    ~rewind to last week~

Me and my friends were having a house party with about 30-40 people, most of us high out of our minds and as drunk as can be dancing to hot in herre by Nelly having a great time when all of the sudden we hear sirens and police busting in and hear my friends Drew and Jimmy shout "OH SHIT!" "HIDE THE DRUGS!" My friend Dre and I look at each other then shout "RUN!" Everyone in the house dashed out as fast as they could not wanting to get in trouble (even though some have records) Dre,Drew,Jimmy and I pack up all the marajuana we could find stuffing it in a backpack, when we turn around a cop was standing there arms crossed shaking his head the boys and I look at each other then run out of the house the cop chases after us shouting "GET THEM!" as we're all sprinting down the street Dre and Drew run straight, Jimmy turns left down the alleyway and tosses me the backpack as I turned right down the alley to another street and when I reach out there are two cops I go to turn around and behind is also a cop I said to myself after taking a breath in "shit" the tall cop in front of me smirks and says " caught ya" the one behind says "come on let's go you're coming with us" " I- I don't think so, I don't think I'm allowed, no- no I do- I don't-, mmm no I'm not allowed, I know I'm not allowed " the short stocky one next to the tall one speaks up and says "seriously kid let's go don't wanna get in more trouble" "oh I've done it now, it's to bleedin late, what's happened now what's gonna happen" I said mocking his British accent and filled with sarcasm, the tall one puts his hand on his utility belt " what you gonna shoot me?, I doubt it"I shuffle left to right moving my head as if to break their ankles I look to the short one on the right "Gotta catch me first, I'm like a whippet" as I go to run past the short one the tall one tases me "AHHHH THAT HURT YOU MOTHER CUNT!" I quickly snatched his taser and tased him " HA UGLY HOW YOU LIKE THAT?" Next thing I know I'm in the back of the cruiser on my way to the station WITHOUT MY WEED CAUSE THEM BOZOS TOOK IT!

~Back to now~

Why? I don't know, ok maybe I do but still. "Jayla, we're gonna be late, get down here!" "Comin Cora!" As I walk down the stairs I hear Cora ask "what are you wearing?" "Clothes?" I responded " Jeans and a t-shirt? Really Jayla it's your court date you can't be wearing that" I look at her then to my aunt madea "she being serious right now?" "Yes I am go change" " uh- no if brown gets to walk around wearing that lookin like a fool i can wear this" "whatever we're gonna be late both of u get in the car".
In the car we're all talking and Brown said to me and madea "if you both don't end up going to jail will you go to church with us?" My aunt madea and I looked at each other " yes brown if aunt madea and I  don't go to jail we'll go by the church" "promise?" Piped in Cora "yes Cora we promise right Jay?" "Yeah" " ok well we're here." Cora informed us.

A/N: So this is my first chapter and it really sucks but I hope you like it. Next chapter I'll do a list of characters and Jayla's background that will be in this and what they look like. I hope You like the first chapter so far.
