Chapter 4- New Girl

Mary and Derek are over, but Ashley and Derek just started. Mary is actually quite happy no boyfriend is to tell her what to do. She has total freedom like when she wants to go to college and when and who she wants her first kid to be with. Ashley and Derek are like sweethearts. Derek and Ashley both want kids and they want them within 10-12 months so really Soon. Mary just wants what's best for her and her needs. She loves kids and loves interacting with them it's just, can it wait. Ever since the breakup, Derek is happy to be with someone right off the bat and now Mary actually might want kids. She has to find the right guy. College is now in 3 days and in 2 days she has to leave. So, she decided let's wait until college starts to get a boyfriend. Derek decides a change in him to. EDUCATION! He just didn't want someone that crazy about it constantly nudging him to do it. Ethan, a boy Mary has been video chatting with, she has been liking. Also, he goes to her college. Mary is super excited. Her mom comes rushing in to tell her that Derek is at the hospital due to lung problems. Mary's jaw drops and she gets in her car to drive to him. She still even cares about him and his safety. It's only been a day. She especially cares that he could die because of this. The parents are in shock and so is Mary. She wants to know what Happend and if she caused it. She has so many questions. If it's her and he dies she could go to jail or prison. She at least cared about that even if it was a total stranger she had college In three days she couldn't go to prison. She clunches up and goes to her car slowly. She walks out and gets a text message from her boyfriend. What does it say? Who is it really from? And what do they want from Mary? Mary stares awarkdly at it franticking about what could happen.
