She had flowers in her mind,

Instead of her hair.

they mocked me,

and I wished I was there.

Too bright to unwind,

the prism of her mind;

As she sat in the appealing blooms,

oh but she was appealing too.

I stared as I sat,

such dwindling wonder,

as her

C O L O R S

began to pull me under.

petals that fell from her mouth,

like snow.

I wish I could pollinate her mind with my

thoughts

of

C O L O R S

that mingled with one another.

oh how her color showed.

In time she would break from her

s t e m

as she continued to pull me in.

She would smile,

and hold my hand.

She had flowers in her hair,

and I did too.
