She had flowers in her mind,
Instead of her hair.
they mocked me,
and I wished I was there.
Too bright to unwind,
the prism of her mind;
As she sat in the appealing blooms,
oh but she was appealing too.
I stared as I sat,
such dwindling wonder,
as her
C O L O R S
began to pull me under.
petals that fell from her mouth,
like snow.
I wish I could pollinate her mind with my
thoughts
of
C O L O R S
that mingled with one another.
oh how her color showed.
In time she would break from her
s t e m
as she continued to pull me in.
She would smile,
and hold my hand.
She had flowers in her hair,
and I did too.
