Orella held her new rapier aloft, looking over its form with curiosity and lingering aggravation. Her desire to leave the weapon here to go bad over another master's rejection lingered for a moment before she sighed and looked over the corpse-filled cave.

"Knock." she commanded. "Show me a way out of this shithole."

She felt a twinge of fear emanate from the sword and in a moment a locust materialized out of thin air. A quiet voice told her, "Follow."

"Fine.", Orella sighed as she sheathed Knock.

The Locust began to scan over the area before flying down a tunnel that had previously been blocked off by Knock's enormous form, theoretically to ensure that none would escape it. The locust hurriedly flew through the tunnel, occasionally landing on a wall and resting as Orella walked behind it. Orella thought over how if it was cuter then it could've made a terrific friend for Little Red....and that only brought her to ponder...how would she get back? Surely Little Red could track her down. Perhaps one of Nevermore's rings could...no, she'd already stated that she tracked things down on her own. She had no magic that would help her find Orella. For the foreseeable future, she'd be on her own. Somehow she'd have to manage in spite of the wounds that had....been inflicted by Knock. She paused and lowered her hand to her probably crushed ribs...but they were fine? In fact, she didn't even have a scratch from the battle before? Was this another effect of her magic? And now that she thought about it, was someone's personal magic supposed to make them feel like their heart was ablaze? If only Nevermore or Frankenstein were here, perhaps one of them could explain this all.

"Masters?" Knock's thoughts echoed through her head.

"I suppose?" She replied, unsure of how to answer. Were they? Perhaps Nevermore could be counted as such, seeing as she was Orella's mentor. An awkward silence crept over the two before Knock hesitantly spoke up.

"We shall find."

Orella remained silent for a moment before letting out a sigh, "Thank you Knock."

For something that could barely hold conversations Knock was surprisingly talkative. Perhaps the performance she put on earlier was enough to make Knock put on the performance of being an amicable servant. She smirked at the idea of the giant monstrous spider wearing a servants costume. Something Like what she'd seen in her books or the butler outfit that her father always made Erik wear, in spite of it being, "Far too constricting.", as Erik would always complain. She remembered fond memories of her explaining to Erik a huge plan she had to get Erik's dress code to be a bit more lenient. It never worked of course, her father was far too much of a man hellbent on his rules and orders to ever let anyone dress in anything less than a tux or fine dress. Orella couldn't help but chuckle now pondering Knock wearing one of the fanciful dresses instead, desperately fumbling around as the dress kept slipping under its legs.

"Is retaining your sense of humor the first step to keeping sane or going insane?" She asked her rapier. It remained silent in response.

"....Don't you do this to me Knock."

"Apologies Nosferatu. Searching for exit." Knock replied.

She sighed as the locust stopped at one of the walls, looking over a fork in the tunnel. Orella leaned against the rough wall as the locust hopped to the ground and began pacing between the two paths.

Orella breathed in deeply-

BOOM.

And exhaled glancing at the left path. That sounded big...something landing? The echoes certainly made it sound large enough but it ended too shortly to be a cave in. The locust began trembling, looking not at the source of the sound but instead at Orella.
