*YOUR POV* I was laying in bed until I got a call from my best friend Sophia. "Y/N THE CALPURNIAS ARE HAVING A CONCERT DOWNTOWN!" she said over the phone.
We live in Vancouver and downtown is a 15 minute drive from us.
"Oh cool. Not to be rude but why are you telling me this?" I say.
"Y/N I WANT TO GO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE THEIR BAND, and I was wondering if you wanted to go with"
"No, you know I don't listen to their music and I wouldn't want you to waste money on me."
"Well to late cause I already bought tickets and no one else wants to go with me so your my last hope. You're going wether you like it or not."
"Oh well I'll go if you give me 3 good reasons"
"Did you not hear what I just said? Okay fine 1. You will have fun. 2. You can go downtown. 3. You might meet someone?"
"Okay Fine I'll go but you need to drive me since I haven't gotten my license yet." You had turned 18 a year ago and failed your drivers test and have to wait until you can take it again.
"Yeah I will the concert is in two days. So be ready by 7:00 on Saturday."
"Okay goodbye! See you in a couple of days" I hang up.
*TIME SKIP SATURDAY* Today is the day of the concert. It was 4 pm so I decided to start getting ready. I took a shower and while my hair was drying I did my makeup. Then did my hair and I picked out my jewelry. I got changed into my outfit and put on jewelry and shoes. And went downstairs.

When I got downstairs it was 6:50 and Sophia texted me.

I got a text from Sophia telling me that she was here. I said bye to my parents and tell them where I was going. I ran outside to Sophia's car and got in.
"Hi! Damn you look good!" Sophia told me.
"Thank you but you look way better" I replied.
"Alright you ready to get going?"
"Yep"
On the way there she kept on talking about how she loved the Calpurnia's music and I couldn't help just keep thinking, am I really gonna meet someone tonight?"
