This Sunday Is Prom Night.. the same night of the boxing event

"Why the long face dear?" Reiju asked as we were sitting in a fancy, posh restaurant "You passed your exam.. so what's bothering you?"

I quickly composed myself and showed a slight smile

"Ha.. I'm fine.. I was just lost in my thoughts.."

"That's good" she smiled. "Order whatever you like, don't hold back."

.. can't say no to that

"I'll have a steak with lobster and a side of fries,"I say to the waiter.

Reiju smiled as she ordered her food

"I've always see this restaurant outside but never really had.. the chance to try it here.." I nervously blabbered

"Well.. you're here now.. do you quite like the stay?"

I nodded happily

But just then, the restaurant door's bell rang as someone walked in

and here I thought I could forget earlier's event..

They walked up to a reserved table for two, and I eyed them like a hawk.

I stared at them for a whole minute, not even realizing my food was here

".. Y/n..?" Reiju says as she followed where my eyes were looking at

"Oh" Reiju sparkled. "Empress Hancock!"

I blinked twice before trying to cover myself with the menu that I refuse to hand over to the waiter

WHY WOULD SHE CALL HER NAME SO LOUD-

"Ha look-.. Y/n?"

"Shhhh.. don't call her over.."

"Oh.. she's .. actually walking-"

and before I knew it, she was already standing beside us, with that awful gracious stance of hers

"Good evening Vinsmoke.. Y/n.. as well.."

My heart was pumping so fast— I'm going to have a heart attack—-

"Good Evening to you too Empress.." Reiju smiled. "What brings you here?"

"This is usually the place where I hold my meetings," Hancock responded. "Though, it was fancy meeting both of you here." that tone when she said 'both' gave me goosebumps

they just smiled at each other. COULD THIS GET ANYMORE AWKWARD??

"Well .. while you two enjoy your date, I have to return to my table," Hancock smiled and proceeded towards the man

I sighed and laid back on my chair

"Did.. something happened with you and the Empress?"
