We arrived at Sicily around 10 am. Nag libot muna kami at nag punta-punta sa mga sikat nilang tourist spots. We were also planning to go to the beach pero mamaya pa yun since mainit pa at mas maganda raw pag hapon na. We first visited the Cathedral of Saint George and I had the chance to pray and thank the Lord for the seven years. Dumaan rin kami sa Quattro Canti at nag pictorial. It was just the two of us having a good time together.
Dumaan rin kami sa Cattedrale si Monreale and the interior was just incredible. We also went to museums and nung magutom na kami we went to an overview restaurant where you could already see the beach from afar pero may mga bahay parin and buildings. I was so hungry andami kong kinain.
Around 2 pm, umalis na kami ni Quen at excited naman ako dahil pupunta na kami sa beach. Akala ko maliligo na talaga kami but we stopped at a port. There was a yacht on the end of the port kaya lumingon naman ako ni Quen pero hinawakan niya lang ang kamay ko at hinila ako papunta sa loob.
"Where are we going? Wait are you going to be the one driving?!" Hindi siya sumagot at nagtungo lang doon sa parang kung saan siya magmamaneho. Naglakad-lakad ako sa loob at napagtantong may kwarto doon at cr. Inaakit na ako nung kama kaya umupo muna ako doon at bumuntong hininga.
"Hihiga lang ako pero hindi ako matutulog" pang-uuto ko sa sarili at humiga sa kama. It was so comfortable, and cool kaya ayun nakatulog nanga ang lola niyo.
"Babe, wake up. We're here"
"H-ha-w-what?" Unti-unti kong minulat ang mga mata ko at nakita si Quen na nakaupo sa tabi ko.
"C'mon, bangon na"
"I'm still so sleepy!" Reklamo ko and rolled over. I heard him chuckled and laid beside me and hugged me.
"The sun is almost out. Halika na"
"Kiss muna" I smirked at hinalikan niya naman ako kaya bumangon nalang ako at kinusot ang mga mata ko. Hinila niya naman ako patayo kaya sumunod lang ako sa kaniya. Nung makalabas kami, napaawang ang bibig ko ng mapagtantong nasa isang isla kami at parang kami lang yung tao doon! We went down the yacht at naglakad sa boardwalk. It was a white island with coconut trees and a house at the middle. The walls were glass kaya kitang-kita mo yung loob. I immediatelu took my phone out and took a video of the place.
"Babe, where are we? The place is so beautiful! Did you rent all of this?!"
"I own it" aniya kaya umawang naman ang bibig ko sa gulat.
"You're the first person I brought here, not even my family knows I own an island here" he chuckled. Binuksan niya ang bahay at sumunod naman ako sa loob. Dumiretso sa kami sa kwarto at nilapag ang mga gamit namin.
"Are we staying here for the night?" I asked and he nodded. There was a balcony kaya lumabas ako doon at sinalubong naman ako ng malamig na hangin. Naglakad ako papunta sa dulo at sinandal ang braso ko sa glass ring rehas. Maya-maya lang ay naramdaman ko na ang mga kamay niyang pumalibot sa tiyan ko, hugging me from behind. He rested his head on my shoulder while we admired the sunset.
"Are you happy?" He asked
"Sobra...thank you for bringing me here. This has yet been my most favorite anniversary destination with you. Grabe noh, seven years...who would've thought we would get this far?"
"That's because we both love each other unconditionally. Kung hindi siguro tayo naghiwalay nuon, this would have been our ninth year" aniya
"Maybe it had to be that way. But what's important is we're together now...you'll never leave me right?"
