"Let's make this world suffer"

Basically, Gamma and Solar were from two different worlds.

The two are essentially one, but Gamma is more extreme than Solar. It couldn't be helped, because Gamma was the one who stayed with Retak'ka that day. Solar sympathizes with Gamma's terrible experiences, and Gamma also empathizes and wants to protect Solar like a family member.

Their family only has Retak'ka and Gamma. He was sincere with Gamma, like a father-son relationship, sometimes strict, sometimes soft and indulgent. The person that Gamma loves the most in the world only is Retak'ka.

Until that man changed.

- You! It’s you! IT IS YOUR POWER THAT TURNS ME INTO THIS!!!

Everything fell silent, the most oppressive suffocating sound. His love for Gamma gradually turned into exploitation.

- You are the child that father loves the most. I love your power, so let me be the only one to use it.

- This power of yours is only best when in my hands, no one else is allowed to use it.

- Over the years, no one loves you but me. Look, those guys are hating on you.

- Only I love you the most.

- Only me...

- Only...

- ...

- THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!

The world in Gamma's eyes had only an image, and now that image collapsed before his eyes. Oh yeah, who turned his father into a dictator? Because of the fear of being left behind, he’s willing to do whatever the man wants, even things that are against his conscience.

And then at the last moment, he became lost.

Gamma always thought that Retak'ka was his victim, and so were the trembling elemental forces looking at him with hateful eyes over there. They took their anger out on the light element because it was Gamma who made everything this way.

If only Gamma had stopped his father, didn't let him sink into the sins, let his hand be stained in innocent people's blood, so the other elements wouldn't have suffered by the death of their parents. But he couldn't, because the only person with him is Retak’ka, once his love is denied, then Gamma will lose everything.

In the end, who was the victim?

A hundred years have passed, that fateful day has come.

The battle between Retak'ka and his bosom-friend, Hang Kasa.

Gamma has become so familiar with the sounds of the fierce battlefield. Which day did he not hear it? And then a strange thing happened. Retak'ka's scream tore through his ears and every elemental power in space disappeared.

- Did they leave?

Before he could regain consciousness, Gamma's power was pulled by someone, little by little. Until there was a loud bang and Gamma woke up. Another "himself" of him was separated and disappeared in the light from before.

And that's how Solar was born.

Author's note:

I've been thinking about the relationship between Retak'ka and his elemental power, Gamma/Solar. And then I thought, Retak'ka will take advantage of love and control Gamma as he wants. And Gamma/Solar is like a brainwashed child, afraid of abandonment and hungry for love. Only regret that Gamma/Solar was gaslighted without even knowing it. And the chain of suffering of those two beings begins.

After returning to BoBoiBoy, Solar suddenly realized that he had dragged Gamma with him. The two of them were originally the same person in terms of power, but their memories went in two directions from 100 years ago. Retak'ka Gamma continues to suffer from his father's abuse and becomes radicalized, while BoBoiBoy Solar struggles to heal his soul and find faith after causing all sorts of trouble with BoBoiBoy. 

Gamma, when merged with Solar, saw his new memories, and so did Solar, both seeing each other's new memories. But then Gamma contradicts Solar, saying that he wants to protect Solar, even though he doesn't accept living with other elements because "people like us don't deserve to be forgiven". Solar’s mental health suffered after Retak'ka's return, so he lost the argument and Gamma took control of BoBoiBoy Solar. Gamma wanted both of them to leave BoBoiBoy so as not to harm anyone else, so he committed suicide many times, even Solar was affected by that thought. But because they are immortal, they cannot destroy themselves. Gamma eventually figured out how to let the elements kill them, so he messed with the elements. Solar tried to explain and stop his other half but couldn't do anything (timeline in the short fic Nightmare takes place). Solar tried to run out to find everyone, but Gamma's power pierced his chest and dragged Solar back to the room to the surprise of the Ori trio. And the remaining six elements must find a way to explain to Gamma and change his mind.
