Starting over

Waking up the next day my body was sore. That should be expected from the battle yesterday though. I dragged myself out of bed and got dressed. I grabbed my school bag and walked down stairs grabbing myself a cup of coffee. I took a sip sighing before my body tensed up at a voice outside my house. "Who the hell are you" I heard Bakugou yell. I quickly ran to the door, swinging it open. "Tamaki? Bakugou?" What are you guys doing here" I asked confused. "You know this clown princess" Bakugou asked walking past me into the house. Tamaki rolled his eyes before giving me a sweet smile. "Good morning princess. I see the rescue mission was a success" Tamaki laughed as I stepped aside letting him walk in. "Yes it was" I laughed walking into the kitchen. "Princess who the hell is this guy" Bakugou shouted. "Dude it's too early for you to be this loud" I groaned grabbing at my head. "Sorry" he whispered leaning on the counter crossing his arms over his chest. "Bakugou this is Tamaki amajiki. He is a 3rd year. I met him after..." my words got caught in my throat. Bakugou didn't know, "after what" Bakugou noticed my demeanor change causing him to lean forward. "Nothing. I met him a couple days before your rescue. He is my friend now so he nice" I glared at him. "Do you know what happened elf ears" Bakugou turned his attention to Tamaki. "Katsuki" I yelled. I can't believe he just called him elf ears. Bakugou ignored me and sat at the table with Tamaki and I. "I do but it's not my place to tell you" he sighed looking over at me. I gave him a small smile. "So elf ears here knows but not me" Bakugou shouted looking over at me. "Fine Jesus. Stop calling him elf ears! His name is Tamaki" I growled. Bakugou growled at me before leaning back in his chair, waving his hand for me to continue. "After you were kidnapped I blamed my self and isolated myself from everyone. After a week Aizawa told me to go see kirishima because he was worried about me. Which I knew wasn't true because he didn't try to come see me. I tried to call him but Mina answered the phone" I stopped and looked up at Bakugou to see his brows knot together. "You mean pinky" he leaned forward placing his hands on the table. "Yes. Anyway. I hung up the phone with her and decided to go over there to talk to kirishima face to face. When I got to his house I went up to his room to find him and Mina.... Hooking up" my voice fell off as I looked up at Bakugou. His face had twisted into anger, not his usually everyday angry face but a truly imma kill someone angry face. "That idiot" he growled as he stood up. "I will deal with him let's get to class" he mumbled. I stood along with Tamaki and we all walked out the door. "What are you still doing here elf ears" Bakugou yelled as we walked down the side walk. "I walk Amber to school and walk her home everyday" Tamaki shrugged ignoring the stupid nickname. "Well you can beat it! I'm back and it's my job" Bakugou huffed shoving his hands in his pockets. "I think I'm good" Tamaki laughed as he laced his fingers with mine. "Katsuki be nice please" I groaned. Bakugou huffed again as his eyes traveled to mine and Tamaki's hands. "What the hell" he yelled grabbed my shoulders and pulling me away from Tamaki. I was placed on the other side of Bakugou, laughing to myself as Bakugou stared daggers at the tall dark haired boy. He shrugged and moved to the other side of me, grabbing my hand again. "Damnit elf ears stop it" Bakugou yelled getting ready to yank me from Tamaki when I quickly laced my fingers with Bakugou's causing him to go quiet. He looked at me before down at our hands. I smiled up at him brightly. "See I can hold both of your hands. Calm down" I laughed. Bakugou didn't say anything as a deep blush came to his face. He quickly looked away from me and mumbled something under his breath but he didn't try to take his hand away from mine.
As we walked up to the school Bakugou let go of my hand. I looked back to see him frozen, staring up at the school. "Hey I'll meet you inside" I whispered to Tamaki. "Okay" he nodded before letting go of my hand and walking inside. I walked over to Bakugou grabbing both his hands pulling his attention back to me. "Hey. It's okay" I smiled softly. "I know I'm just trying to mentally prepare myself for all the pitiful looks and the pity from everyone. I'm not weak. I don't need anyones pity" he whispered looking down at the ground. "Hey I'm right here. Your not doing this alone. I'll blast anyone who gives you any looks" I tried to reassure him. A small smile came to his face as he looked down at me. "I've rubbed off on you too much princess" he laughed wrapping his arm around my shoulders. "Eh I don't think so" I laughed as we walked up the stairs to the school meeting back up with Tamaki.
