Israel you is the wife of God. God has clothed you with majesty and honor. You may have strayed away but the LORD your Husband has as always pursued you no matter what. Although you were unfaithful while committing adultery with other men and being a harlot (worshipping false gods), the LORD will still always love you and bring you back into glory. The LORD your Husband has chosen you to be His wife long ago, out of all the women (gentile nations) in the world, He chose you because you were few in number but He has made you the most beautiful among all other women (gentile nations), and not only has He prospered you but He has also blessed and prospered your sons and daughters (all believers in Christ). Remember Israel you are clothed with beauty and righteous splendor, and you are first among all the women (gentile nations), also you have found your King and Husband (God) and God has found His wife (Israel).
