SO, Before We Start This One Shot, I Just Want To Tell You That This Is My Very First Story. And Yes, I Chose To Make Dan A Little Shy. So, I Really Wanted To Do Something Like This For A Very Long Time, But Didn't Have The Tools Or Courage, Really... I Always Thought It Would End Up Terrible And I Would Get Awful Reviews On It. BUT, I Finally Decided To Make It! I Hope You Enjoy My Very First Story! (P.S. Please Ignore The Fact That Every Letter I Type Starts With A Capital... If It Bugs You, I'm Sorry!)

*(F/N)'s P.O.V)

Well... It Had Happened. Your Mother Had Accepted His Engagement, And Now, You Were Waiting For Your Mother To Walk Down The Aisle In That Snow-White Dress... Waiting For Her To Kiss Him And Become His Wife. Waiting To Become A Step-Daughter And A Step-Sister.

Yeah, A Step-Sister. The Guy Your Mother Was Marrying Had A Son, And He Was Standing On The Other Side Of The Aisle. He Had Brown Hair That Went Down To His Chin, Dark Brown Eyes, And A Blonde Streak On The Left Side Of His Hair. He Looked Just As Unhappy About Being There As You Did. You Didn't Blame Him... The Last Thing You Wanted To Deal With Was A WEDDING. Your Father Had Passed Away A Month Ago, And Your Mother Became A Weeping Mess Afterwards. So Had You, But You Had To Stay Strong For Your Mother. But Suddenly, After All The Tears, Your Mother Announced That She Had A Boyfriend. You Had Met The Man Once, He Didn't Look Bad, But He Didn't Look Great Either. He Was In His Late 30's, And He Had Slick, Dark Brown Hair That Was Always Brushed Back, And It Looked As If He Used WAY To Much Hair Gel. He Had Dark Green Eyes With A Blue Tint To Them, And He Had The Beginnings Of A Moustache. Your Mother Was Somehow Attracted To Him, You Didn't Find Him The Greatest Looking, But You Learned To Accept It. You Thought The Guy Was Just A Temporary Guy, Someone To Help Your Mother Through Her Sadness. But You Were So Wrong. Next Thing You Knew, You And Your Mother Were Getting Ready For Some Fancy Wedding That You Didn't Want To Be A Part Of.

You Sighed And Let Your Head Fall Forward Slightly, A (H/C) Strand Falling In Front Of Your (E/C) Eyes. You Straightened Your (F/C) Dress As You Heard The Bridal March Song Play On The Organ. You Looked Down At The Bouquet Of Flowers In Your Hands As Your Mother Slowly Walked Down The Aisle, Looking The Happiest She Has Looked In A Long Time. You Looked Up At Her And Smiled Weakly As She Walked By You. She Smiled At You, Mouthing The Words "You Look Beautiful" Before She Stood Next To Your Soon To Be "Father In Law".

You Smiled As They Said Their Vows, Placed The Rings On Each Others Fingers, And Kissed, Proclaiming Their Marriage. You Didn't Want To Be There, Sure, But Your Mother Looked So Happy... That Was Enough To Make You Smile. Everyone Screamed And Cheered As They Headed To Their Limo, Heading To The Reunion. As Your Mother Tossed The Bouquet Of Peach-Colored Roses Over Her Head, You Stepped Out Of The Way. You Definitely Didn't Want To Catch That. However, Other Girls Didn't Feel The Same Way As You Did. Half The Girls Dove After The Roses, Eventually Caught By A Blonde Who Started Screaming In Excitement As She Jumped Up And Down In Joy. You Couldn't Help But Giggle At The Sight Of All The Other Girls Glaring At Her As She Celebrated The Catch. As Your Mother Drove Away, Your Aunt Came Up To You And Escorted You And Arin To Her Car. You Both Had To Go To The Reunion, Your Parents Made Sure That You Went. As You Sat In The Car, Arin Sighed And Ran His Fingers Through His Hair. Nervous. Made Sense. You Were Nervous Too. EXTREMELY Nervous.
