After a another week, Kai brought Ji Eun back to Chanyeol. And like the storm, Chanyeol raged right exactly at the moment Kai entered the door, without Chanyeol seeing Ji Eun behind Kai.
"Yah Kai! Where did up you take Ji Eun?! What did you do to h-?!" Chanyeol lost his bolts quickly, but regained them when he saw the old Ji Eun.
The one with light brown hair, but this time, more matured like a mother in her 20s.
"Ji Eun?" Chanyeol muttered.
"Yes, oppa." She smiled. "I finally remembered."Chanyeol was brought to tears.
"I'm really not for you, and I accept the fact." Chanyeol mumbled, causing Ji Eun to go to him and comfort him.
"Shhhh... Don't talk like that, oppa." Ji Eun held his face. "You're still a part of me."
"Really?" Chanyeol smiled while crying.
"Yes, you are. You are part of my life and me. You're part of Alex and me." Ji Eun smiled.
"Thank you Ji Eun-ah. I'm sorry for hiding the truth." Chanyeol apologized as he cried.
"No, I understand. You did that to protect me." She replied. After a few hours, things got back to the way they were. Just like their Senior days. Suddenly, Alec went downstairs to his parents.
"Uncle Kai!!!" He cheered.
"No Alec, make that Kai appa." Chanyeol smiled at the child.
"Huh?" The kid asked in confusion. "Two appa?"
"Yes, baby. Don't you want that? You have two fathers?" Ji Eun knelt down, leveled to her son. "Me, I only had one."
"Me too~" Kai added.
"Nado~" Chanyeol raised his hand. The child looked at the three adults.
"If itth (it's) cool, then two appath (appas) pleath! (please!)" The kid joked and they all laughed together.
The night was slowly creeping in, and they decided to leave already.
"Thanks again, hyung. I'm sorry, too." Kai apologized.
"Nah, it's okay. She really belonged to you ever since." Chanyeol explained, smiling.Abruptly, the mother and son went out and walked towards their car, ready to leave with their bags packed.
"I'm gonna miss you appa." Alec stated, getting a little bit teary-eyed.
"Aish! Don't tell me that, I'm going to see you everyday. Don't cry, you're a man right?!" Chanyeol laughed. As well as the little boy.Alec hopped inside the car and went on with his dad, Kai, inside. Ji Eun and Chanyeol were left on the front yard.
"Gomawo, Chanyeol oppa." Ji Eun smiled.
"Yah, stop it. I know you're gonna be happy with him, that's why I'm setting you free already." Chanyeol smiled purely from his heart.
"I will miss you." Ji Eun replied in a sad tone. "Here."Ji Eun gave Chanyeol her engagement ring. Chanyeol opened his hand and saw that it was the ring. He gave it back to Ji Eun and placed it on her finger.
"Don't give it back to me. Don't make it look like a one-sided love." Chanyeol still managed to joke. "Just kidding. Don't return it to me because that's my promise of being with you and Alec through thick and thin."
"Okay oppa, thank you... Again." Ji Eun smiled.
"I'm gonna miss you... Jagiya." Chanyeol joked.Ji Eun hit him playfully in the arm.
"Because of you, I won't be able to remember all of this. Thank you for taking care of me and Alec." Ji Eun stated then gave Chanyeol a peck on the cheeks.
Suddenly, Kai objected.
"Yah yah yah!! What was that for?" Kai sarcastically asked.
Chanyeol stuck his tongue out to Kai like a little kid.
"Bye oppa! Take care!! Saranghae!" Ji Eun waved her hand and bade goodbye before hopping to their automobile.
"Bye Ji Eun-ah! Take care! I love you and Alec!! Bye!!" Chanyeol waved back and bid goodbye.
