Lerato Dube remembered the good old times like it was just yesterday despite her old and tender age..she and her younger siblings had the best time together while growing up along with their mother and step father, even though her step father took care of them and their mother he was neglectful at times because he had a very strict job that required him to work almost everyday so he never really spent quality time with his family.
Lerato was the closet with her mother out of all her other siblings because she told her mother everything that occurred in her life and her mother often gave her the best advice possible. Mr Khumalo their next door neighbor always had time to take care of the youngest child whom was a boy named Thabiso, while everybody else went about their daily lives Lerato and her other 6 siblings would go to school while their mother would go do her nursing job.
Lerato was very close with two of her siblings Buhle the second child and Tumelo the third child because they could relate and agree on alot of things.
Lerato was typically the smartest girl in her school during her young days, because her teacher Mr Williams would always congratulate her on scoring the highest marks on test papers so that made her very happy.
Although there was one very important life lesson their mother always taught them which is to stick together no matter what the circumstances were and they all took that into consideration and were very obedient. So no matter what they did they always included one another.
