i was in my room laying on the soft bed looking up at the white cushioned wall.
I sat up looking down at my white shirt and pants. I sighed rubbing my face, trying to stay as positive as possible was driving me mad.
I lost everyone before I left and now I'm here, there's nothing to go back to. Nardo didn't even have to tell me we broke up for me to know things were over between us.
As for my brothers, they haven't came to see me not once since I was in here it's already been 4 weeks.
Nobody has came to check in on me at all.
I heard from next door right beside me someone clearing their throat, I walked over to the small window so I could peek over.
"hello?" I asked trying to make atleast one new friend
"Yo." He answered back, his voice was kinda deep but cute. He walked over to the window meeting my eyes.
He was hot asf
He had black dreads and he was darkskin.
"what's your name?" I asked curiously He tilted his head with a 'who is you?' typa expression
"I'm Brisha but Bri for short. if you wanna know.." he licked his lips nodding his head

"nice to meet you jamar." I said just taking in his features.
"you kno me or sumn?" He asked as his face softened, "no but I got bored so I wanted to meet my neighbors." He slightly chuckled at my response
"What are you here for?" I asked as I heard him sigh
"Murder." He said looking back up at me, "then shouldn't you be in jail?" I tilted my head.
"Yup." He said staring into my eyes making me stare back.
It was quiet for about a minute before I broke the eye contact
"couldn't hold it ma?" He asked chuckling making me look back at him. Damn his smile was so cute..

"I could if I wanted to." I rolled my eyes playfully smiling back
"When you supposed to get out?" He asked me making me think.
"The beginning week of next month." I said as his face lit up, "I get out dat next week." he softly smiled again which made my heart melt.
"Wait how long you been in here?" I asked, "bout two years, supposed to be in here for 5 but they letting me out early for good behavior or sumn shi." He answered.
"I could come pick you up so we could hang if you want?" I said with a wide smile
"Hea yea. What you wanna do tho?" He looked back at me
"we should go out to eat or go catch a movie." I clapped my hands together as I heard him chuckle shakin his head
"You cute ma." He said making me blush and look down.
"Unh unh look up at me, my face right here." He said as i lifted my head to look at him.
Whoever this man was....
