Chapter 16: Your Shot

I stood on the locker room, as I was in fact all alone. Which did in fact make me feel a whole lot better about things, if it was that I was not going to lie to my self either. As I never felt like I had any time to be by my self in this hell hole, all at the exact same time too.
As it felt like even when it was that it was night time, and we did in fact go to our rooms. It seemed like Thomas would talk non stop, until I finally felt tired enough to fall asleep my self, all at the exact same time too. As it was in fact wearing on my soul, if it was that I was in fact going to be for real with my self, once again.
I let out a bit of a rough sigh to my self, all at once, as in the end, I eventually just seemed to start to get my mind, and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that it was that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, all at once, at that. As it was that I had in fact kind of just seemed to stand there, and I had in fact seemed to stare for just a few moments longer, all at once, at that.
That was when I then did in fact seem to just put my shoes on, all at the exact same time as well. As I just then did in fact seem to start to lift my self up from off of the locker room benches, all at the exact same time too. As I just then did in fact seem to start to get my mind, and my focus on just what it was that I knew that I did in fact have to do next, all at once.
Which of course was to talk to the coach, all at the exact same time too, at that, all at once. As it always seemed like he always wanted to talk to me, but he never wanted to help me, or tell me any thing that actually seemed to have any sort of value to me what so ever, at that, never the less.
I was kind of annoyed by it if it was that I was not going to lie to my self either, at that. As I kind of felt like it was just simply the fact that it was that the coach felt like he needed to find some friends, at that. Which just did not seem to make all too much sense to me as to just why it was that he would choose me for one thing.
When I felt like I really was not in the case to want to really try to make a whole bunch of friends for one thing, at that. But as to just why it was that he felt like he would trust me to be his friend. When for one thing, I knew that I was still technically a kid, as I had in fact just turned 17 the other day, never the less.
But also the fact that it was that I knew that I was a juvenile delinquent, all at the exact same time too. I kind of just felt a little bit lost about it all, if it was that I was not going to lie to my self, once again. As I kind of just seemed to let out a bit of a rough, and a little bit of a heavy sigh to my self, all at once, at that.
As I then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, with my orange clothes for my prison outfit. And I just then did in fact seem to start to head on over to just where it was that the coaches room was at, all at once. As I just kind of muttered some thing under my breath, as soon as it was that I had in fact kind of began to start to do as such a thing like that all of the sudden.
"What the hell does he want with me this time I wonder?" I said to my self, all at once, at that. As in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to shake my head a little bit to my self, all at the exact same time too. As I felt like I was being a little bit too harsh on the poor man right now, at that.
As I felt like I simply just needed to calm my self down, before it was that I did in fact seem to just head over to just where it was that his room was at, all at the exact same time too. As I kind of just seemed to stand there, and I seemed to stare for just a little bit more time, all at once. As in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to get my mind and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts, once again, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stand there, and I had in fact just seemed to stare as to just what it was that was in front of me. For just a little bit more time, all at the exact same time as well, at that. That was just when I then did in fact begin to start to realize as to just where it was that I was even at right now, at that.
I was in fact at the front door of the coaches office, all at the exact same time as well, never the less. As I knew that it was that I needed to hurry, before it was that the bell was to ring, letting me know that we needed to hurry up and get to our cells, all at the exact same time as well, at that, never the less. As I knew that I did not want to get in trouble again.
As it was that I had in fact kind of just seemed to start to realize as to the fact that it was in fact the case, all at the exact same time as well. That was when in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time too. And I then did in fact seem to start to suddenly knock on the door to the office quite a bit loud, all at the exact same time too. That way I could make sure that it was that the coach could in fact hear as to just what it was that I had done. Just in fact the case that it was that he was playing music in there, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stand there and stare for perhaps a few seconds, all at the exact same time too, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact seem to start to hear the loud voice of the coach from in side of the room, all at once, at that. As it was clear that he was in fact speaking to me, all at once. And he knew as to the fact as to just who it was that was in fact there right now.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to realize that it was in fact the case, all at the exact same time too, all at once, at that. That was when I just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time too, at that. And I just then did in fact seem to just start to listen as to just what ever it was that coach did in fact feel like he even needed to say to me in the very first place any ways, all at the exact same time too, at that.
"Come in Grant..." He said to me from the other side, all at the exact same time too, all at once. As I kind of just seemed to let out a little bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at the exact same time too. Just as soon as it was that he had in fact even just said as to just what it was that he had in fact even just said to me, all at once.
I did my best to try to keep my self as calm, and as normal as I felt like I possibly could in the mean time, all at once, at that. As in the end, I just then did in fact seem to just start to get my mind, and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact even been thinking on long before now, all at once.
I just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time too, never the less. And I just then did in fact seem to start to go on and do as to just what it was that coach had in fact told me to do. As I just then did in fact seem to just start to open the door to the office, all at the exact same time as well, at that.
And I just then did in fact seem to start to head in to his office, all at the exact same time as well. As I let out quite a bit of a rough, as well as a bit of a heavy sigh to my self once again. Just as soon as it was that I had in fact got in to the office with the coach, all at once. As I just simply did my best to try to keep my self as calm, and as normal as I felt like I possibly could in the mean time, all at once.
Just as soon as it was that I was in fact in the office, all at the exact same time too, all at once. I just then did in fact seem to see that coach with his glasses on, at that. As he did not seem to wear those very often, as I wondered if it was that he was embarrassed about wearing them, at that.
He was in fact sitting there typing some thing on the computer screen, that was a very old computer, all at the exact same time too, at that. As it looked like it was some thing back in the 90s all at the exact same time too. As I almost wanted to laugh at it, all at the exact same time too.
Expect if it was not just for the fact that it was that I kind of felt like I could not help but to feel a bit annoyed as to the fact, and the reason as to just why it was that I was even in here in the very first place any ways, never the less, once again. I kind of just seemed to stand there, and I kind of seemed to stare at the coach for just a few more seconds, all at once.
Until in the end, I just then did in fact feel like I could not stand there and stare at what ever it was that he was in fact doing on that old computer any longer, at that. As I just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, all at once, at that. And I just then did in fact seem to start to continue to suddenly speak to him, at that.
As just as it was that he had in fact seemed to start to do as such a thing like that, all at once. It seemed like just as if this was some good old, old fashioned movie scene that we were in fact in right now. He just then pressed a button on the key board, all at once, at that. And I then did in fact hear the loud roaring of the printer, all at the exact same time too, as it was clear that it was that he was printing some stuff on a piece of paper right now.
It seemed to feel a bit old school to me, all at the exact same time too. But then again, I also knew that it did not matter to me what so ever, at all, either. As I just seemed to get my mind, and my focus off of the rest of those other thoughts, once again. As I just then did in fact seem to see that coach did in fact seem to start to turn his head on over towards me, all at once.
As just as it was that he had in fact just seemed to start to do as such a thing like that, all at the exact same time too, never the less. That was when I noticed that it was that he did in fact have his eyes squinted on me for some odd reason or another. As it almost felt like he had been the one that had been called in hin self, in to his own office, all at once, at that.
I was a bit lost as to just what it was that was in fact even going on right now, at that. As I kind of just seemed to tilt my head on over towards him for just a few moments. As in the end, he just then did in fact seem to start to roll his eyes on over towards me, all at the exact same time too.
And luckily enough for me, not all too much longer after all of that was said and done, all at once. That was when he just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time as well. And he just then did in fact seem to just start to nod right back on over towards me. As it was clear that he was in fact letting me know that he did in fact have his full attention on to just what ever it was that I felt like I was about to say to him.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to see as it was that he had in fact just seemed to start to do as such a thing like that all of the sudden, all at once, at that. That was when I just then did in fact seem to just start to continue to go right on ahead my self. And I just then did in fact seem to start to continue to speak to him. As I knew that it was that he was in fact just beginning to start to listen as to just what ever it was that I did in fact feel like I even needed to say to him in the very first place any ways, at that.
"So... Do you mind telling me what it is that you called me in here for?" I said to him, all at the exact same time too, as it was that it felt like it was now my turn to be the one that it was. That just so happened to have my eyes a squinted right on over towards him, all at the exact same time too.
As I kind of felt like if it was that I was not going to lie to my self either, never the less. That there was not really all too much time for me to deal with all of this non sense, all at the exact same time too, at that. As I knew that I needed to hurry up and get on over to the cells, all at the exact same time as well, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stand there, and I had in fact just seemed to stare for just a few seconds more time, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact seem to start to get my mind, and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact even been thinking on long before now, all at once.
I just seemed to stare at the coach right in to his eyes, all at once. As for some reason he did not seem to be all too happy as to just what it was that I had in fact said to him, at that. Which I was not all too sure as to just what that was about, if it was that I was not going to lie to my self either.
I was starting to wonder if it was that Thomas had decided to play some sort of trick on me for some odd reason or another. And he had told me that the coach wanted to speak to me, when it was that he really had not. Which did not make all too much sense to me come to think of it right away, all at the exact same time too. As I knew that he had known that it was that I was the one who had knocked on the door, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stare at the coach for just a few more seconds, all at the exact same time too, all at once. That was when just then, in the end, all at the exact same time as well, none the less. I just then did in fact seem to start to suddenly hear him once again, as he did in fact seem to start to speak to me, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just kind of sort of began to start to realize that he was in fact seeming to start to do as such a thing like that, all at once. I still feeling a little bit lost as to just what it was that was even going on right now, at that. I then did in fact seem to just start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time too. And I just then did in fact seem to start to nod on over towards him. To let him know that I was in fact paying my full attention as to just what ever it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say to me right now.
As soon as it was that he had in fact just seemed to start to realize, and he had in fact just seemed to start to notice that it was that I had in fact just done as such a thing like that, all at once. That was when he just then did in fact seem to just start to continue to speak to me, all at the exact same time as well. As I of course just then did in fact seem to just start to listen as to just what it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say to me right now.
"Calm down Grant! I only come baring good news!" He said to me, all at the exact same time too. As I really did not feel like I liked the ugly smirk that it was that he did in fact have on his face right now. As I was not all too sure as to just what that was about, as it felt like it was not some thing that was normal for him at all.
I kind of just seemed to stand there, and I just seemed to stare for just a few seconds longer, all at once. As in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to get my mind and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact even been thinking on long before now, at that. As I just then did in fact seem to start to continue to squint my eyes at the coach, at that.
I was not all too sure as to just what it was that he had even meant as to just what ever it was that he had even said to me, at that. As I just kind of just seened to let out a bit of a rough sigh to my self, all at once. As in the end, I just then did in fact seem to get my mind, and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact even been thinking on long before now, all at once, at that.
I was not all too sure as to just why it was that coach seemed to be so happy right now, all at the exact same time too, at that. As this just did not seem to be all too normal for him, all at the exact same time as well. I kind of just seemed to stand there and stare for just a little bit more time, all at the exact same time too, with my head tilted a little bit, all at once.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stand there and stare for just a little bit more time with a bit of a blank look on my face, that was when I just then did in fact kind of give up right away. As to the fact that I felt like perhaps I should just guess as to just what it might be, at that. As I really did not like surprises, as I felt like I hated having to guess what it was, only to just get disappointed, at that.
As it was that I seemed to stand there, and I seemed to stare for just a bit more time, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact seem to just start to shake my head a little bit, all at the exact same time too. As it was that I just then did in fact seem to just start to speak up to coach, not all too much longer after that, as well.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stand there and stare at coach right in to his eyes. I noticed as to just the fact that it was that he just then did in fact seem to start to tilt his head on over to me, all at once. As it was clear as to the fact that he was not all too sure as to just why it was that I did not find this amusing such as it was that he did in fact just so happen to feel.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stand there, and I had in fact just so happened to stare for just a little bit more time, all at the exact same time as well, never the less. That was when I just then did in fact seem to start to get my mind, and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts, all at the exact same time too. As he just then did in fact nod on over to me. As it was clear that he was letting me know that he did in fact have his full attention on to just what it was that I was even about to say to him, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to kind of realize that he was in fact doing as such a thing like that, all at once, at that. I kind of let out a little bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at once, at that. As I just then did in fact seem to start to continue to speak towards him, all at the exact same time too. As I knew that it was now, that he was in fact just beginning to start to listen as to just what it was that I did in fact feel like I even needed to say to him, all at the exact same time too, at that.
"Alright coach Will... Can you just get to the point? I need to get back to my cell before I get in trouble..." I said to him, as I felt like what it was that I did in fact feel like I even needed to say to him, all at the exact same time too. That it was that I needed to keep it short, and that I needed to keep it brief, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that I had in fact just said as to just what it was that I had in fact even just said to him. That was when I just then did in fact seem to start to notice that it was that coaches eyes then did in fact seem to get a little bit wide, all at once, at that. As it was clear that it was that he had not even thought on that, all at the exact same time too, all at once, at that.
As I could tell that it was that he did in fact feel a bit bad as to just what it was that he was doing. As it was that he felt like he knew that if it was that I was not back to my cell on time. Which was all the way on the other side of the juvy. Than it was that I would in fact get in to a ton of trouble, all at the exact same time as well. As I knew that they really did not like the mess around at this place, all at the exact same time too, never the less.
As it was that I had in fact just kind of seemed to stand there, and I had in fact just seemed to stare for just a solid bit more time, all at the exact same time as well, never the less. That was just when I then did in fact seem to notice that it was that thankfully enough. That coach did in fact seem to just start to wake him self up quite a bit, as to just what it was that was even going on right now, never the less.
As I just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time too, all at once. And I just then did in fact seem to stand there, and I seemed to stare for just a little bit more time, all at the exact same time as well. That was when he just then did in fact seem to just start to nod right back on over to me, all at the exact same time too, at that. As it was clear that he was letting me know that it was that he was about to continue to speak back to me, at that.
I kind of just let out a bit of a rough sigh, as I was a little bit annoyed, at that. As it still felt like I was wasting time being here right now, at that. As I let him know that it was that I was in fact paying my full attention on to just what ever it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say to me right now.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time too. And I had in fact just seemed to start to do as such a thing like that, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact finally begin to start to hear coaches voice, as he just then did in fact seem to just start to continue to speak on over towards me all of the sudden, at that. I of course just then did in fact seem to start to begin to listen as to just what ever it was that he felt like he even needed to say to me in the very first place any ways, none the less.
"Yes... I sorry... I just wanted to tell you that Trey... He is going to be leaving this week..." He said to me, all at the exact same time too, at that. As he held the same huge smile that he did in fact have on his face long before now. Just as soon as it was that he had in fact told me as to just what it was that he had in fact said to me, all at the exact same time as well, at that.
I looked at him right in to his eyes for just a bit of some time, all at the exact same time too. As I was completely lost as to just what it was that he had meant on the fact that he had said that it was in fact good news. As I knew that whilst Trey had not really done all that much in that last game. He was in fact a some what decent quarterback, all at the exact same time too.
It just felt like our offensive line was so bad, it just did not seem to matter as to just what it was that he could in fact do for us, at that. As I kind of just seemed to start to stare down at the ground, all at the exact same time too. As I was not all too sure how we were going to be able to score a single point this season at all, at that. If it was that we did not at least have a quarterback to at least do some thing, never the less.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stare down at the ground that was in fact below me for just a little bit more time, all at the exact same time too, never the less. That was when I just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time as well. And I just then did in fact seem to start to lift my head up to my coach, all at once, at that.
He still had a smile on his face for some odd reason or another, all at the exact same time too, at that. As in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to see, and I did in fact seem to just start to go right on ahead my self. And I then did in fact start to shake my head at him, all at the exact same time as well. And I just then did in fact seem to start to continue to speak to him, all at the exact same time too.
As just as it was that I had in fact seemed to start to do as such a thing like that, all at the exact same time too, at that, never the less. That was when in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, all at once, at that. And I just then did in fact seem to start to suddenly see him nod right back on over to me. Letting me clearly know that he was in fact paying his full attention on to just what it was that I was in fact about to say to him, all at the exact same time as well, never the less, once again.
As it was that I had in fact just kind of sort of began to start to do as such a thing like that, all at the exact same time too, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact begin to start to continue to speak on over towards him, at that. As I knew that it was that he was in fact beginning to start to listen as to just what it was that I did in fact feel like I even needed to say right back on over towards him, all at the exact same time as well, never the less, all at once.
"I don't see how that is good news for us at all... We just lost our quarterback..." I said to him, all at the exact same time too, as it was that I was clearly not excited, and I was clearly not happy as to just what it was that was in fact going on right now. As I just seemed to squint my eyes right back on over towards the coach, just as soon as it was that I had in fact just said as to just what it was that I had even said to him, never the less.
As it was that he had in fact just seemed to start to realize as to the fact that it was that I was not happy with just what it was that he had said to me, all at the exact same time too. That was when the smile then did in fact just seem to start to go away from his face, all at the exact same time as well. As I just seemed to feel a little bit better for some odd reason or another, as to the fact that he had seemed to open his mind to reality, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stand there, and I had in fact just seemed to stare at coach right in to his eyes for just a little bit longer. That was when he just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead. And he just then did in fact seem to start to roll his eyes on over towards me, all at the exact same time too.
I was not all too sure as to just why it was that he was in fact doing as such a thing like that, all at the exact same time as well, never the less. As I kind of just seemed to let out quite a bit of a rough sigh to my self, all at once. Once again, as it was not the first time that it was that I had in fact just seemed to do that in the last few minutes.
The both of us just seemed to stare away from each other for just a little bit more time, all at once, at that. As it kind of felt a bit off for me, for some odd reason or another, at that. As to just what it was that was even going on right now, never the less. As I was not all too sure about any of it what so ever, all at the exact same time too, once again.
As I just seemed to stand there, and I just seemed to stare for just a few seconds longer, all at the exact same time too. That was when I just then did in fact seem to start to notice that coach did in fact seem to turn his eyes right back on over towards me, once again, as well. And he just then did in fact seem to just start to nod on over towards me, all at once. As it was clear that he was letting me know that he was about to speak to me, once again.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to see him do as such a thing like that, as well. That was when I just then did in fact lift my head up, and I looked on over towards him. As I just then did in fact seem to just start to nod right on over towards him, all at the exact same time too, at that. As I knew that it was that I was letting him know that I was in fact paying my full attention on to just what it was that he was about to say to me, at that.
As soon as it was that he had in fact just seemed to start to realize that it was in fact the case, at that. That was when he just then did in fact seem to continue on. And he then began to start to speak to me, all at the exact same time as well. As I of course just then did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say to me, all at the exact same time too, at that.
"Son... You make me doubt my self too often... If our quarterback is gone Grant... And you so badly want to go to the NFL... Than this is your shot..."
