God Save All My Clothes
When we finally arrive at the store, I practically jump out of the car.
It was SO awkward and SO quiet!!
I can't handle silence very well and I didn't know what to say to him so it was PAINFUL.
Looking upwards, I realise this isn't your average wedding shop, it's a 100 story sky-scrapper and we some how made it into the city in 30 minutes.
"Well shit..." he murmurs.
"Yeah, let's hope I don't loose you or I might be lost forever," I reply.
He chuckles.
"What? What is it?"
"I'd never be able to loose you with that green hair of yours," he grins at me.
"MY HAIR IS NOT GREEN! Maybe it has a slight tinge but it's definitely brown."
Conversation.
Over.

As we pass through the doors, a smiling young woman walks over to us.
"Hi, I'm T.J. and I'm your personal assistant," she says shaking each of our hands in turn. "I will be helping you through out your marriage experience, meaning I'll help organise your wedding, your honeymoon, public appearances, child management-"
"CHILD MANAGMENT? What do you think children are?? They're not money or an expensive house, they don't need to be 'managed'," I say, horrified at the idea of MY children being pushed around and being told what to do.
"I apologise for any misconception," She says hurriedly, "I only meant babysitting, schooling, things like that."
Jakob places a hand on my shoulder and pulls me into his chest.
"I'm sorry for my fiancé's over-reaction. I don't think I've introduced myself, I'm Jakob Thoms and this is Nicola Cole, but you can just call us Jakob and Niki."
She nods, flustered, and I feel bad.
"May I ask something?" He inquires.
"Of course, what would you like to know?" She stopped blushing down and she's back to looking very professional. She's wearing a pair of wide, ripped black jeans and a white blouse. She has gold circular glasses and a pearl bracelet and her midnight hair is tied up in a ponytail.
"What do you mean by public appearances? We're not famous," he says and I realise I agree.
Never thought I'd say that.
"Well," she starts, "Your parents' companies will merge and become an exceptionally wealthy franchise therefore the attention will be drawn to your family. Your parents have conferred and agree that Jakob will take his skill in sports and become a professional football player while Niki will be a model and once she's made enough money she can follow any other passions she may have."
We stare and her, then at each other.
Damn, this woman really has our life planned out.
