First day fit /\ /\ /\
Cora enrolled herself at PCA to get away from her home life. She had her half-sister drive her to the school. A pink honda civic pulls up to the drop off curb. Cora and her sister Rachel were total opposites. Rachel was dumb all around she only had her looks going for her, but Cora on the other hand, she was smart and could get away with anything, not because she was daddys girl or anything it was because she was so smart. She may not get an A+ on every math quiz or pass every English assignment but she was pretty dang close.
Rachel gets out of the car and acts like she's going to bid her half-sister farewell but Cora knew Rachel only got out of the car so the teen boys would gawk at her and she could go home with an ecoboost. Cora opens the trunk and pulls out her gray roxy duffle bag and slings it onto her shoulder with a grunt. She also unloads a rolling suitcase. She says goodbye to her sister but Rachel doesn't notice her walk off. She's too busy soaking up the attention of the boys. Even though Cora hasn't met anyone or made any friends she feels more welcome then she has ever felt in her life. With a smile pasted on her face she looks at a piece of paper with her room number on it and pulls a key out of her bag. "Room 101 shouldn't be too hard to find" Cora thinks to herself.
After walking for what seems like miles she reached a lounge room which should be connected to the dorm room. Cora looks around and can already tell this is a boys lounge room. Of course connected to boys dorms. Suddenly a rush of boys push past her, almost knocking her to the ground, but she manages to keep herself up somehow. When the group of boys are done pushing past her she pushes some loose hair out of her eyes and clears her throat. None of the boys notice 1. Her trying to speak or 2. A girl in the boys lounge. Cora attempts a few more times to get someone's attention but it doesn't work so she puts her index finger and her thumb in her mouth and whistles loudly. Every single boy turns around and stares at Cora as if she is an alien.
"Good now that I have your attention....You all just pushed past me and almost knocked me down. I believe you ALL owe me an apology." No one speaks back or says anything.
"No wonder PCA decided to allow girls in you all who are extremely rude and need to learn manners' ' A tan boy with blond bushy hair speaks up "What is a girl telling us men we need manners? We have plenty of manners."
"Men? HA! Good one." The tan boy looks as if he has just been kicked in the head.
"What's a girl going in the boys lounge anyways?" all the boys agree with nod and yeahs."I obviously got lost. Did you skip the common sense class?" all the boys laugh and you can tell the tan boy cant come up with a good comeback.
"If your done asking dumb question the a dog turd could awanser, It would be nice if one of you gentlemen could escort me to room 101" All of the boys look at her still in shock of Cora burning the tan boy and the sight of a girl. One boy pushes the tan boy up and says "Go on Logan you've delivered sushi since last year you've gotta know where room 101 is." Logan looks back at him and walks past Cora thinking about shoulder checking her but decides against it. As Cora and Logan walk down the hall together Cora strikes up a conversation."I'm Cora you are?"
"So now you're interested in who I am? Just a minute ago I can recall you roasting me."
"Well my father always told me not to walk home with a Man I don't know"
"I'm a man now?"
"Well I don't see facial hair. Your voice is deep enough to not sound like a little girl. Well there's only one way to really know for sure" Logans eyes widen and her grips onto the elastic part of his pants. Cora snickers "I'm just kidding. I'm not a creep." The 2 walk a few more steps in silence.
"I still didn't get your name. Better tell me before we reach 101 and I punch you in the stomach because a man I don't know walked me home"
"Im Logan" He flashes her a smile as if to say "sup pretty girl". The 2 walk in silence to the girls lounge
"Here this is the girls lounge. Your room should be over there somewhere."
"Thanks Logan. It was very sweet of you to show me to my room, even after I burned you with completely true facts." Cora leans in to give Logan a hug and he hugs back. Logan turns around revealing a bright yellow sticky note with "Punch me '' written in sharpie on it. Cora snickers. "Dumb dumb boy." She turns around and heads down a hall leading to room 101.
