Linmo's POV

*Riiiiiiing.....* (School bell)

"Lin Mo, don't forget this weekend. We'll meet you two at the parking lot." Zhang Teng said as he and Fu Sichao wave and about to leave the room.

"Got it. No worries." I replied and they leave after.

"Did you tell your mom about this?" Jiayuan who's beside me asked.

"Why would I have to? We both knew what's her answer." I said while placing my books on my back.

"You really like to be in trouble, what if your mom finds out? She didn't let you to go out of town after that accident, right?" Jiayuan said.

"I know, but until when will she be like that. It's been a year since that night. Why can't she just moved on and accept the fact that I have my own life. And i think it's fine, it's already vacation." I said as I put my bag's strap on my shoulder and ready to leave.

Jiayuan grab my wrist and when I look at him, he's looking at me with his eyes worried.

"Momo, I know you're still hurt, you don't need to hide it. I'm your companion, remember? You can freely tell me everything." He said.

"I'm fine Jaja, I always told you if I have something in my mind. Don't worry, you're still with me in our trip right? I know you'll take care of me. I know you'll never leave, aren't you?" I said and smile to him. 

Jiayuan curve his lips and smile at me too and pat my head and said,

"As long as you don't leave me and you want me to be with you forever, I'll never leave you. I promised, you must promise too."

It make me smile even more cause I know he'll do what he will promised.

"Yes, I'll never leave you too. I'll never separate from you, like never and ever." 

Jiayuan hug me and I hugged him back tight. We're best friends ever since, he's always there beside me since day 1 and I'm sure he'll never leave me. I don't know what's the thing between us but I want him to be like this with me, only me forever.

Ever since my dad died in a car accident with me a year ago, my mom and Jaja become more protective because I almost die that time but thank God I survived. And here they are babying me and need to be protected 24/7.

Jiayuan break the hug and kissed my forehead like he used to do since we were little, and I didn't complain. I love it when he's being like this towards me.

"Let's go?" He said and I just smile and we were holding hands as we leave the room to go home.

[At home]

As I enter our house, I saw mom preparing for dinner in the dining area.

"You're home kinda late again." 

"We did something in school and you don't have to worry, Jaja lift a ride for me." I answer.

"Where is he? Why didn't he even come inside first?" Mom asked.

"It's little late mom, he need to go home too." I said and she just nod. As I'm about to go up the stairs, we heard the news from tv...

"There's a group of people who's roaming around the city and taking students and teenagers to be their hostages and asked for ransom. 4 teenagers are now gone missing, Police officers are not sure if it was related to the kidnappers case but they are still finding more information about this case..."
