Cities in the Mist -Teaser-

Long introduction/backstory

This book is about two cities that are floating in the misty sky. One city has humans and the other has people with wings or as they like to call themselves, angels.

Before the terrible disaster happened, humans and angels used to be together. They were two islands connected by the F.W.T.S bridge. The name stood for forever will this stand. The history of the bridge was unknown. So people called it the F.W.T.S.

People were kind and happy to be with each other. Helping each other in many ways. There were no fights and no attacks in sight. That led to the whole island seeming like a place where nothing went wrong.

But like in every story, the terrible disaster happened. Buildings were collapsing. Fire spreading. People flew away. Others were fighting. In the end. We were separated. All hope to return to the once happy life was lost.

But not fully.

Generations later, a small angel was born with snow-white wings that shined and glimmered in the sunlight. The little angel was named Ava Windstar. She is the main character of our story.

Meanwhile, in the human city, there was a baby boy born with brown hair and pale skin. He was named William Knight. He never thought the stories were true.

He only heard them from weird people in his opinion. Everyone was weird in Williams's eyes. But he never told anyone that he always wanted to fly and soar through the mist that surrounded the city.

He always thought that if he meet an angel they could help him soar through the mist. So he was determined to find the angel city. William never admitted it, but it sure was his true dream to fly or to meet one of these angels.

Meanwhile back with Ava, she grew up and always loved the stories her grandfather told her. The stories made her fully believe that there was another city out there in the misty sky.

Ava wrote each story down in her small book to remember and tell others. Even though people didn't believe her she still believed and keep them in her book.

A few years later Ava's grandfather died. Ava was really sad but in her grandfather's favor, Ava never got rid of the stories. She never forgot about them and never stopped believing in them.

One will be out and one will be in.

They are meant for each other.

And soon they will meet to bring it all.

Two coming together to make one.
