As I walk through the Southside knowing today is the last day of summer, I realized how I have to see Cheryl Blossom again, roaming the halls, saying terrible things about me etc. But I thought, maybe this year will be different for us. Again, I wasn't so sure of that, Cheryl never changes at least that's what I thought.
When I arrived at the White Wurm, it was the usual, Jughead playing pool with Sweet Pea and Fangs, my sister Toni working behind the bar, FP getting drunk and so on and so on. I love my life here in the Southside, but until the Southside Highschool closed and most of the Serpents went to different schools, I was depressed, you could say.
Most of the serpents asked me if I was excited to go back to school. I said no, and most of them told me going back to school is good for me. I agreed with that part, just the thought of seeing Cheryl again just sucks.
When I went over I told my sister my usual, "Just a margarita no alcohol and make it a slushy" Toni looked at me "You know soon your going to start paying for your drinks there Y/n" Toni said to me. I just looked at her and then walked away "Yell at me when its done Ms. Antoinette" I said walking away.
As she yelled at me to get my drink, I walked up to the bar, grabbed my drink and thanked her and went on my way to the Northside. I don't have a lot of friends on the Northside expect for Betty Cooper. I guess you could say there the normal family in Riverdale, her Mom, Alice Cooper doesn't like me cause I'm a Serpent.
Then a couple minutes later I was at The Cooper residence. I knocked on the door and Betty answered it. As we walked to the kitchen I told her "Oh Betty your so kind, but I don't need anything to eat." Betty looked at me and began to say "Please just eat something, we have candy, pizza, and more" When I finally said I'll just have a small bag of skittles, she went to the pantry and grabbed me a small bag of the candy, and then we walked upstairs to talk about our summer.
