It is late at night and you just got dressed into your sleeping clothes and you hear someone knocking on your door you open it. there stood your 6'5ft tall ex boyfriend laying his chin on your shoulder.
"I- I still love you y/n," he said
"hey are you drunk" your reply
"no, I'm not drunk," he says
You could smell the alcohol in his breath
"Yes you are I can smell it in your breath," you say with a tired voice
"what do you mean by that," he says with a worried voice
You take his cold veiny hands and warm them up and grab scissors, His eyes grow big when he sees the scissors in your hand
"Hey...what is this...what are you going to do?"
You cut a very tight bandage off his arm that was making his hand lose blood circulation
".......why did you cut my wristband...?"
"Because you don't need it," you say in a warm voice
"But what if I wanna see you again," he says out of nowhere with a tear
You pull him into a hug rubbing his back
".......I love you so much..." he says
You blush a little
"I wish we could stay together forever...but... there's no way for us to be together again..."
"and why is that," you say curiously
"Because we can never get married," he says sadly
"ah"
You feel heartbroken but your try not to show it
"We just cannot live with each other anymore," he says yawning
"Hey you need sleep" You tug his arm
"Yeah..."
You take his hand and lead him into the bedroom
".........are you sure about this?" he questions
"You need sleep"
"Okay then...goodnight"
"Goodnight"
He closes his eyes and falls asleep as you walk over to that chair next to the bed and watch him sleep, after a few minutes you fall asleep
~(TIME SKIP TO MORNING)~
He opens his eyes slowly
"What are you doing here?" he questions
"Ah, are you finally not drunk?"
"Oh god... I am so sorry... I am so sorry for being drunk...."
"Hey it is okay...accidents happen" you say kindly
He gets out of the head with his head hurting a little, he walks up to you and hugs you
"Thank you..."
"mhm no problem"
You hug him back
"Hey, what's wrong?" you ask
"nothing.. nothing at all..."
"Oh okay"
He tenderly kisses you on your lips, and your eyes grow wide and you kiss him back deeply, He holds onto you tighter. You take a deep breath and kiss his soft lips once more
