I want to escape this world (Seungmin)

Part 1

Seungmin pov:
"When she turned around I could see her face again. She still had that big smile. Like she hadn't left at all"

Your pov:
You are just ordinary girl. Nothing really special. You are intelligent, smart and you look average. Or at least that is how the world sees you.

You were in one party and you hated being there. Everyone were enjoying themselves but you felt meaningless. Maybe it was one of these days again. You had been struggling with mental health a lot lately. Everything seemed meaningless and you felt like you didn't fit in. People really didn't care about the things you were interested in. So you tried to escape the reality as much as possible.

In the party you felt like you were going to have a panic attack so you went outside to get some fresh air. On the balcony there was one boy and you at first ignored him. However after just sitting there for 15 minutes without saying a word you got curious why would such a hot boy just stay there when there is "amazing" party going on inside.

- "Why are you out here and not enjoying the party inside?"
- "I felt bored"
- "And it's more interesting out here alone?"
- "No"
- "Well when you are bored then take your jacket and come with me. Let's leave"

You both got up and left the party. The party was in a remote place in the forest so now you were just walking in middle of nowhere.

- "Where are we going anyway"
- "I don't know. Wherever the path takes us. Anyway what's your name?"
- "You don't know where we are going? Are you trying to get us lost?"
- "Getting lost would be good idea actually. That would be interesting. Oh also I'm Y/N"
- "I'm Seungmin and I don't like the idea of getting lost in middle of night in the forest"
- "Seungmin hmm... that is too long. I will call you Min. You can always go back but I am going to escape reality tonight"
- "I kinda like this idea so I guess I will tag along"

You kept walking and talked about some basic things. After about half an hour walk you reached a low bridge with a beautiful view and you decide to sit there and take a break. You knew that the river below was deep so you got an idea to jump into that. You started taking off your shoes and jacket.

- "What are you doing??"
- "I am going to jump off the bridge"
- "Are you trying to kill yourself?"
- You laughed "life would be boring if you didn't risk a little. Don't you want to join me?"

He watched you stand up and going to the edge. He usually doesn't do anything like that but tonight he felt like he wants to do something crazy. Maybe it were the words you just said or just being with you or something else what made him feel this way. He didn't care.

- "Wait. I will join you"

He stood up. Took off his shoes and jacket and came next to you.

- "Are you sure that we won't die?"
- You laughed "not so sure now when you are standing here few meters above the water?"
- "Well yes"
- "Don't you ever get bored when you don't risk? Don't you feel like life is just meaningless and you just exist in it really doing nothing?"
- He didn't answer
- "I have done it before and I am still alive. Aren't I? Let's just jump and don't think"

You jumped. You were falling for just a second but you felt so good and alive. You hit the cold water what felt very refreshing. When you got to the surface you could see Seungmin feel exactly the same way.

- "It was actually amazing. I feel so alive."
- "It's deeper than I thought."
- "Wait. Didn't you say you had done it before?"
- "Well I lied. But you wouldn't had jumped if I hadn't told you that. You are welcome to leave now and think that I am crazy"
- "Well you may be crazy and you almost may have had us both just killed but you were right when you said that life is boring without risking a little. I also love spending time with you"

You got out of the water. You were both soaking wet but you didn't mind it. It all felt refreshing and magical. You were sitting there on the abandoned bridge. Time passed in a blur as you were talking and drying. Your conversation got deeper and deeper. Because of your still wet clothes you both were cold and you decided to cuddle a little to get warmer. You talked about how meaningless everything felt and then fell silent. After few minutes of silence Seungmin kissed you. You were surprised because you don't usually move so fast.

- "I am sorry for that kiss. I don't usually move so fast but something about you and tonight made me do it"
- "It's really fine. I actually like you. It just makes me sad"
- "What do you mean? Why would it make you sad? I like you. We should go out"
- "You know the thing is that I will be leaving in two weeks"
- "Where? How long?"
- "I will go to university and I won't be back anytime soon"
- "We will still be in contact right?"

You didn't answer that question. You were just hugging his body tighter. The truth was that you wanted to escape this world you were in and not take anyone with you. You wanted to have a break of everything and cut ties with everyone. For at least now. After some time of thinking you felt how Seungmin had fell asleep. You got up and looked at him.

- "I am sorry for leaving you. If we are meant for each other we will meet again"
