"So...how'd your little plan go" i ask as I sip on my drink

"Fuck off" Shigaraki grits, as he stares intently at the news being shown on TV

All 3 of the Nomu we sent to Hosu had been killed or captured and Shigaraki was furious. It was fun watching his plans go to shit, but his plans were technically my plans so...fuck

"Are you satisfied with the results Tomura?" Kurogiri asks

"Depends on the headlines tomorrow" he responds, "Besides, there's been another interesting development"

I turn my attention to the TV and see Stain standing face to face with...THAT FUCKING KID!!! I watch as he's taken into police custody and the heroes on the scene congratulate the students that were there

"How'd your friends plan go?" Shigaraki asks with a shit eating grin on his face

"Fuck off!" I shout as I chug my drink, grab my coat and hat, and leave the bar for the night

Y/N POV

We were taken to the hospital and treated for our wounds. The others ended up staying overnight and resting and even though I didn't sustain any injuries, I stayed the night too. The next day, I went over to the room where they were staying and talked about the night prior

"Did you sleep Midoriya?" Todoroki asks

"No, not really" he responds

"I figured. Me neither" Todoroki says

"Thinking about that fight now, Y/N did something amazing" he says as the attention turns to me, "You were able to take down the Hero Killer, all by yourself and with very little effort. Only elite heroes could do something like that. But all things considered, it's a miracle we're even alive. With my leg messed up, I was an easy target. He could've killed me if he really wanted to."

"Yeah. Seems to me he let both of us live on purpose" Todoroki says, "I'm impressed by you though Iida. He was actually trying to murder you, but you stood tall."

"That's not true" Iida says as he lowers his head, "I was-"

He's cut off by the room door slamming open. Gran Torino, Manual, and Kamui Woods all walk in

"Oh, so the injured youngins are awake" Gran Torino says

"Gran Torino!" Midoriya exclaims

"And Manual too" Iida says softly

"Sensei" i say, earning me a nod in return

"Idiot!" Gran Torino says to Midoriya, "I could yell at you for hours right now. But before I do, you've got a visitor"

Another man walks in. He was a dog-man who wore a full black suit, and he overall looked like an important person

"This is Hosus chief of police" Kamui says, "Kenji Tsuragamae"

We all stand up straight in his presence. After all he's the fucking chief of police

"So you're the UA students who brought down the Hero Killer, huh" he asks

"It was mostly Y/N, but yeah we all fought him" Todoroki says

The police chief came all this way...to see us?

"Stain has some serious injuries. Severe burns and several broken bones" Tsuragamae says, "Right now, he's in the hospital under strict guard. Here's a lesson you should've already learned. When quirks became the norm, the police force sought to maintain the status quo. They decided we wouldn't use quirks as weapons. That's when heroes came in. They could do what we couldn't, if they were licensed of course. It would be impossible for the police to condone the use of deadly quirks. After all, we're here to stop such harm from being done. The only reason pros can use their powers now is because of the strict code of ethics that the early heroes chose to abide by. That's why it's against the law for uncertified people to use their quirks to cause injury. Whether you were up against the Hero Killer or not, none of you had the authority to harm the villain. That means the three of you, and your supervisors-Endeavor, Manual, Kamui Woods, and Gran Torino-should receive harsh punishments for this gross abuse of your powers"
