I was sitting behind the counter doing my math homework that I absolutely suck at.
I'm usually okay at math.
But this homework is just out of my reach.

Then the bell rang on the door as some boy on the phone walked in. I threw my books down and stood up ready to help. "Always be ready to help," my mother would always say. So I was ready.

He was still talking on the phone, still looking at something, back turned to me. He beckons me to come over to him.
So I do.

"What does he like, you don't know!? Fine, I'll pick it myself," the guy says dramatically on the phone, then hangs up.
He puts his phone away

"Um, hi, may I help you?" I ask

Okay, I have to amit, he's pretty cute- no,
Hot.

There is only two types of people in my town
The rich and the poor.
I'm poor
And he's rich.

We don't have many people who come into the store, and we don't have a lot of boys who come into the store either.
Ya none at all.

So that's how I know he's rich.

He's wearing a white tee-shirt with a plaid shirt on top, skinny jeans that aren't to skinny but fit him perfectly.
And his face, perfect lips, perfect green eyes, and his smile just brightens the place. And his perfect blond hair.

"Um ya, that's why I called you over here," he snapped

I kept my cool
And smile at him

"Well ok, what can I help you with?" I ask

"Well I need something for my grandfather, you see his birthday is coming up, and he loves antiques."

"Well you came to the right place!" We both laugh.

"How bout' a unique table or something?" I say.

"Ya, that would be fine," he sounded far from sure.

We find a table he likes, its a brown table with a cool design and glass in the middle.
I go back to the counter.

"So, besides work what do you do?" He asks

"Work, that's all," I say as I shrug my shoulders.

"Mmhhm cool."
We laugh

And now he's staring me in the eyes.

"You have a pretty smile," he says
"And pretty eyes," he says after

"Haha, very funny, you have the perfect smile and eyes," I say in return

"What's your name?" He asked

"Danielle, you?"

"Jesse"
I smile and give him the receipt for the
table.

"You have a good day, and see you tomorrow," Jesse says

"You too."
