I suddenly froze when he asked me that. Does he think I'm crazy or something? I don't like him at all, I think he's handsome but not to the point I have feelings for him
"Nope." I said "why you ask? " "well because since you were 12 you've been staring at niki- like if you thought he is attractive so I had the curiosity to know what's going between you two. " replied Jake
"Sim Jaeyun! I do think e is handsome but 8 don't have feelings for him. I've liked someone only once in my life and wasn't him. " I answered
"Really? Who was it? "
"It was Heeseung. You know, he is a nice guy and all. " I said
"And you never told me? " asked Jake surprised

"How have you been doing with taking care of your grandpa? " I asked
"He seems better now, so probably tomorrow I'll come back to school! " said Lisa

"I am here! " said Yeji as she opened the door
"Good! Good to know all of you are here. " I said as I hugged Yeji
"What do you girls wanna do? I brought snacks! " said Lisa as she placed the snacks on the floor
"How's your grandpa doing? " asked Yeji
"He's better now. Probably I'll come back tomorrow. "
"What has happened while I wasn't at school? " asked Lisa
"Niki got in trouble for using his phone during class" I laughed
Lisa and Yeji started giggling with me until we heard a knock on the door.
"Come in! " I said as I stared at the door, it was Hee and Jake.
"Want some ramen? " asked Heeseung "I want sushi you know? " we heard a yell "that's Sunghoon don't worry. " said Jake, Heeseung just laughed.
"Sure thank you guys. You girls want some? " I offered my friends which they accepted.
The boys closed the door, we stared at each other in silence and laughed.
"Jinnie-ah.. I have a question " said Yeji, I was eating my ramen some I couldn't answer so I just looked at her and signal her to O ahead and ask.
"You know how Niki s your best friend right? And you 2 are very close. I was wondering if you have a special place for him in your heart? " I literally chocked but I could swallow the ramen, I started coughing so Lisa brought me water
"What do you mean by that? " I asked shocked, "If you like him. "
I stared at Yeji weirdly and laughed, "진짜 ? I could never like my best friend! It's the second time someone asks me that on the day. " I answered
"Are you sure you don't? Because you blushed for a second. " said Lisa, I stopped laughing and stared at Lisa confused, "I blushed? It's probably the ramen. It is spicy so it would make sence " I said
"You know she has a point there Lisa. " said Yeji
"And to answer your question in an easier way.. No I don't. " I said

"Yah! Guess what? " said Jake, I looked directly at Jake while I was finishing my ramen "Niki likes my sister. " said Jake
Sunghoon suddenly stood up the moment he said that "OML 진짜? Does she like him back? " asked Sunghoon excitedly
Jake nod, "damn.. I feel bad for him. " I suddenly said
"She only liked one person in her whole life.. " said Jake, Sunghoon and I looked at each other with couriousity, "who was it? " we both asked Jake

"Yah.. I'll call him. " said Sunghoon, "for what? " asked Jake
"He's gotta steal his girl's little heart you know. " said Sunghoon
Jake sighed and let Sunghoon call Niki
"Yah niki-ah come to Jinnie's house, we're here. " said Sunghoon
"Sure but what for"
"Just come. " said Sunghoon as he hung up. Sunghoon smiled and OML I noticed how Jake seems so happy when Sunghoon smiled

"Yah.. Did you know that there is gonna be a play at our school? " asked Yeji
"Really? When? " asked Lisa, "they say the principal Mrs. Kim wants Jinnie's as first lead. " said Yeji
"Wait for real? " I asked, Yeji nod her head and squeaked
"You know who is the male lead? He already accepted btw. " said Yeji
Lisa and I got closer to Yeji wondering who was male lead
"It's gonna be Niki OML! " said Yeji, I stood there shocked
"But Niki is kinda shy when it come to acting. " I said confused
"I said I am going to participate as staff, I enjoy that. " said Yeji
"I want to be the 2nd director! " said Lisa
"They say it's a romantic acting show. " said Yeji
"Is that so? I'm not accepting female lead. " I said, Yeji and Lisa stood there in shock
"What? Why?!! It's a big opportunity of showing your acting skills! " both Lisa and Yeji said
"Ugh.. Fine I'll do it. " I give up easily when it comes to my friends
We heard a knock on the door.
It was Niki. What is he doing here though?
"Well.. Sunghoon invited me over and told me to go with you and the girls.. So here I am. " said Niki, he scratched his head for a moment and let others a sigh. "Sure you can sit with us. " I said
He sat next to me and smiled awkwardly. It's understandable he is surrounded by girls like WTF
"And where were we? " asked Yeji to break silence
"The show. " said Lisa "ohh yeah! So Jinnie's you already promised your gonna be female lead you can't deny this now. " said Yeji
"Wait you accepted? For real? " asked Niki, I nod my head.
"I brought the scripts. Wanna practice now? " asked Niki
"Sure.. " I said, Lisa and Yeji got excited knowing they will be the first ones to the a part of the show.
"Let's go from the moment your character wants to.. Suicide. " said Niki as he stood up and held me a script.
