it has been nearly half a year since the toy factory was blown to pieces.. thankfully, nobody was seriously injured or worse, but of course, it was only a matter of time before more chaos unfolded. to say the least, it was actually kind of nice having the toys there! the smaller dolls finally found someone to play with on a daily basis their size, friendships were reconnecting, and even love was beginning to form in some places. being the performers they were, it took a lot of getting used to considering how they would make a song out of everything.
going so far as to make up the mini holiday "singing sunday".. just goes to show you how badly they needed to get back on stage. meanwhile, evelyn, sev, and eugene had left to escort felix to the airport for him to go on his small business trip. while aurora and julian did their goodbyes, they decided to stay behind to watch over the place in their absence - and because they didn't exactly have the best trust in leaving them behind with blaz. normally, it wouldn't be that big of a deal considering while blaz would "watch" over the small ones, blue would be the one to watch over him.
that was until he and kuro suddenly got sick, that is. it was strange.. to say the least. one, because they got sick almost exactly at the same time. and two, both of them were supernatural creatures. maybe it was because part of them was still mortal??
either way, even mystery was suspicious and concerned over this. though when it appeared the two had the same symptoms as a cold, the worry was eventually passed over.. or so they thought. it was like animals were fighting in the jungle when evelyn, eugene, and sev returned back to the mansion, and the heavy smell of blood radiating just from outside the mansion didn't help settle nerves either. just from looking out of the newly-broken windows, it was like a tornado had gone through the place in less than two hours. the four practically barging inside, their eyes widened all at the same time at the chaos.
smaller toys could be seen swinging on the chandelier, others chasing some of the smaller dolls that were running away to find a place to hide in fear. the dolls that weren't running, laid either on the floor unmoving or fighting back with all their strength. though despite all the chaos, it was one scene in general that caught the most attention.
it was almost impossible to tell it was aurora who was covered in blood and numerous deep scratches, her clothes torn as if she had just gotten in a fight with a stray cat. using one arm, the brunette was desperately trying to drag herself across the floor while leaving a blood trail behind her, her right leg have a big enough gash in it that revealed the bone. she had blood streaming down her face as well, most of it coming from what was her empty eye socket. frightening enough, just inches from her was the normally timid and happy purple bunny who had grown claws and had pitch black eyes. he had blood all over his mouth and uniform, but more specifically his claws.
