So, let's talk about the Ost ! I gave some ost in the past chapters to listen to while reading. so you know a bit of it if you did listen to it. this chapter is purely a bonus because i love the music of this game too much.
so what do we have for the songs ?
Well we have :
Absolutely epic songs that make you want to fight with kratos and azura at the same time
To very relaxing and calms songs, that you often listen in background when you're doing something else (or in YouTube video in background, and you're left wondering "where does that little good piece of a song come from ?" and nobody ever tells you.)
There are also song that wrap up well the ambience and feels of where you are and what you are doing. Making it more immersive. (Yes it's called "dog theme")
The only song that most peoples that didn't play the game know about.
And there is also... this.
and in the aerial phases the songs tend to have a perfect timing with whats happening, bonus points just for y'a.
If you liked those songs you must be like "damn can't wait to listen those songs on a streaming platform!" oh Little Fool. you forgot the game is on a Nintendo console. If there is one company that is awful about video game ost (or just awful with fans in general) it sure is them. After the end of gilvasunner, the little channels with 5 subs decided to fight to keep the ost available. Since you know, Nintendo don't know what a free streaming platform is. (or they refuse to know what it is...)

So they are trying to copyright claim all the channels posting the OST on YouTube while not doing anything to make it officially available, and no smash bros playlist doesn't count, who's gonna turn-on their switch to listen at "Persona 5 Among Us remix full version" ? And it doesn't have all the OST in it, so it's just shit.

Of course Nintendo would act like that since it's a company that need money, but do they really need to be THIS awful ? Like guys, you are a multi-billions dollars company, give us the OST already, don't make us buy a whole ass game and make it the least convenient possible to spit on our face.

We are currently the 31 october of 2024 and Nintendo just announced nintendo music ! While it isn't perfect since it isn't available on pc, require a nintendo online subscription, and currently lack a lot of game songs libraries, it is a step in the right direction, and will change for the better in the future i hope !
