Distorted vision of colors
Every lifeless thing spouting rainbows
Black ink becomes a promising spectrumWith these boring walls now red
And this drab page now orange
And the dead plants glowing yellowA sad world is more bearable with colors
And this life is worth living with simple wonders
A little happiness in a pair of glasses
Putting them on we leave the dreary past behind usWith grass now green
And on the other side the sky is blue
With sad songs draped in violet
A happy heart need not be silentEven in the sad times there is a ghost of a good mood
With rainbow goggles you can see it
Even in an evil world there is surely something good-Michaela Raygor 4/30/2015
