Third person pov
"Mai??!! " Trunks looked horrified. He hadn't expected to see her. He wasn't mentally ready to see her. Not with his feelings for Pan all over the place.

"You don't sound so happy to see me, Trunks".
" No no no, it's just... I'm so surprise. It's been a while since I saw you."
"That's because you shut me out Trunks!! You left and you couldn't even say goodbye! I didn't even know that you left if not that I follow Bulla on Instagram!! " Mai yelled
" I'm sorry Mai. I didn't mean to leave like that. It was a sudden movement! "Trunks yelled back
" What's going on? " Pan asked walking into the kitchen "Why are you guys yelling?"
"There you are Panny . I was.... Oh... "Bulla said walking into the kitchen and seeing Trunks and Mai. "Ummm........ Panny ... Let's j-just go upstairs, yeah? We can go help.... " " No! I want to know what's going on, who the hell she is and why they're both having a yelling fiasco!!"
" You don't remember me Pan? " Mai asked cocking her head. " Do I even know you?" " Oh. Maybe you should ask Goten" " Ask me what? And what's goin..... Oh shit"
" Hi Goten" Mai smiled and waved at Goten
" When did you get here? How?! " Goten asked looking terrified
" Why don't you look happy to see me? Did I do anything wrong?" Mai asked pouting her lips like a kid "Oh no no no Mai! It's j-just.... I'm just v-very surprised . Haven't seen you in years. "
" Goten, you know her? "
" Yes he does!" Mai said excitedly " now Goten, tell her"
" You remember that one time that you caught Trunks kissing that one girl?"
Pan nodded then gasped
" That's...."
" Yes! You finally remembered" Mai said clapping her hands excitedly
" Trunks' girlfriend?" Pan asked softly
" Yes! Good job Pan"

There was an awkward silence after that. Pan was confused and jealous, Bulla and Goten were shocked as to what Mai is doing there and Trunks, well Trunks was trying to figure out how to get rid of Mai. The main reason he came back was to get rid of her. They had broken up and she was trying so desperately to get back together with him

" Can we leave the kitchen coz it's getting really stuffy in here" Goten spoke up
" Yeah, and mum will be back from scolded dad and Goku for ruining her flowers again" Bulla replied

They left the kitchen and continue with the party. Trunks hid in the secret compartment of his room. He calls it his secret lounge.

Pan on the other hand was not happy to see Mai. She really liked Trunks and she doesn't want Mai to ruin her chances with him. And Mai is just Mai. Love blind as always. She doesn't want to be with anyone else except Trunks. She isn't ignorant of Pan's feeling tho

Will Pan get with Trunks?
Will Mai Find her way back into Trunks' life?
And what will Trunks do about this situation?
