Danzo called Ishiko Uchiha for a meeting. Ishiko Uchiha is a 12-year old member of the Uchiha Clan who is not a pure member due to her Uchiha-Senju bloodline. She joined the Root organization at age of 6.
" You need to keep your identity a secret." Danzo Shimura said. " If the Uchihas find out that you are the Uchiha-Senju Bloodline, the Uchihas might hesitant to kill you due to their hatred in their hearts against the Senju Clan. I'll give you a special task mission to keep monitoring the movements on your fellow clan members."
" I'll keep my identity below profile." Ishiko Uchiha said. " I shall keep an eye in a 24/7 tactic. I'll keep monitoring their movements both day and night."
" Excellent Ishiko." Danzo Shimura said. " I might reconsidered you to be my successor. For now, I assured that you will make a surveillance and monitoring your fellow clan members."
Nightfall, three unsuspected hooded members of the Uchiha Clan tries to kill Ishiko, who disguised herself as shinobi of the Hidden Stone, but Ishiko activated her Tomoe Sharingan and used her Moonlight Katana and killed the three and retrieved their sharingan eyelids and put it on three small tube glasses as three Root members who were kunoichis, Mizuko, Kazeko and Tsuchiko showed up.
" You killed them?" Mizuko asked.
" Yes. They already figured my identity as an Uchiha-Senju bloodline." Ishiko Uchiha said as she handed over the sharingan eyelids to Mizuko, Kazeko and Tsuchiko.
" You are really have the influence from the Second Hokage." Mizuko said.
" These sharingans will be yours and you three will become members of my new Uchiha Clan." Ishiko Uchiha said.
" What are we going to do with these bodies?" Kazeko Uchiha asked.
" I will clearing up these garbages and I will make it, a shinobi from the Hidden Stone killed them for being disciples of Madara." Ishiko Uchiha said.
" Sounds good to me." Tsuchiko Uchiha said.
" I have to agree." Kazeko Uchiha said.
" But we have to be alert at all times because few pure Uchihas joined the Foundation to act as spies." Ishiko Uchiha said.
" That's one thing that we've been concerning since you are at the same age as ours." Tsuchiko Uchiha said.
On the next morning, the Uchiha Leaf Police Force found the three bodies of the Uchiha members.
" Who did this?" Inabi Uchiha asked.
" I read the note and said that the lone ninja from the Hidden Stone Village killed these three." Yashiro Uchiha said.
" Looks like we need to report this incident to Captain Fugaku." Tekka Uchiha said.
" We need to be alert at all times because the criminal of the Hidden Stone Village is within our vicinity." Yashiro Uchiha said.
" So this could cause a serious conflict between the Hidden Leaf and Hidden Stone." Inabi Uchiha said. " This could led to a ninja war. I have to informed this to Captain Fugaku about this."
Meanwhile, Ishiko reported to the Hokage.
" It is essentially report that one shinobi from the Hidden Stone Village killed three members of the Uchiha Clan." Ishiko Uchiha said.
" Why would a ninja from the Hidden Stone Village killed three Uchihas?" Homura Mitokado asked.
" It is obviously that the Stone Village refused to have peace negotiations with us and just attacked and killed three members of the Uchiha Clan." Danzo Shimura said. " This cause the alert of the Uchiha Leaf Police Force."
" Lord Hiruzen. Do you have any other options?" Koharu Utatane asked.
" In that case, this must be solved immediately or the Uchihas might grew impatience and decided to conduct their own investigation without our assistance." Hiruzen Sarutobi the Third Hokage said.
" We must placed all the security forces around the Land of Fire in order to prevent another killing field which could cause the Uchihas to lost their trust on us." Danzo Shimura said. " Ishiko, you need to be alert at all times."
Later, Ishiko, is heading back to the Root Headquarters as Itachi showed up.
" Hey Itachi." Ishiko Uchiha said.
" We need to talk." Itachi Uchiha said. " It's about you killed three Uchiha members."
" In self-defense." Ishiko Uchiha said. " I was protecting myself by disguising myself as a ninja of the Hidden Stone. You already know that the Uchihas already suspected me being Uchiha-Senju bloodline and which they hesitated to killed me but I ended up killing them."
" I understand." Itachi Uchiha said. " No one from my clan shall ever harm you ever again."
" Our clan and the Leaf Village are still having a direct conflict." Ishiko Uchiha said.
" But I'm not agreeing with the Uchiha Coup which will lead to a bloody civil war." Itachi Uchiha said. " My only intention is to serve and protect the Hidden Leaf Village. You will be under my protection."
" What are you going to do now Itachi?" Ishiko Uchiha asked.
" I'll wait for Lord Danzo's decision." Itachi Uchiha said. " To be honest with you, our clan in the past have been known to kill each other for power but my advice you is to continued to serve and protect the Hidden Leaf Village."
Two days later, in the time after Shisui's suicide, as tensions begins to rise between the Uchiha Clan and the Leaf Village as Itachi reported to the Third Hokage.
" It appears that the Uchihas were preparing their armaments." Itachi Uchiha said.
" We can't condemn this any longer." Koharu Utatane said. " If they are going to start the revolution and use it to seize power, then we will judge the Uchiha as traitors to the Hidden Leaf Village."
" Wait Koharu." Hiruzen Sarutobi the Third Hokage said. " Don't rush to conclusions."
" However Hiruzen." Danzo Shimura said. " The Uchiha Clan cannot waited any longer, we must take measures to avoid any naive and that includes innocent children too."
" Don't say such things in front of Itachi." Hiruzen Sarutobi the Third Hokage said. " The war against the Uchihas would be far from easy task."
" We're race against time here." Danzo Shimura said. " We must strike them preemptively before they could make their first move. If we joined forces and used our respective Black Ops to launched a surprised attack from behind. It'll end this fast."
" The Uchiha are comrades-in-arms." Hiruzen Sarutobi the Third Hokage said. " I'd like to use words first before violence. I came up with a strategy."
Hiruzen turned his attention to Itachi.
" Itachi. It doesn't have to be long but buy me some time as you can." Hiruzen Sarutobi the Third Hokage said.
Nightfall, Ishiko, Tsuchiko, Mizuko and Kazeko were at the top of the tree branch looking at the Uchiha Compound.
" By the time when full moon approach, we will strike as well." Ishiko Uchiha said.
" Itachi will carry off this mission all by himself." Mizuko Uchiha said.
Later, Itachi showed up.
" Let's divided into groups. I'm going solo while you four will neutralized the Uchiha Leaf Police Force." Itachi Uchiha said.
" Alright." Tsuchiko Uchiha said. " What about you?"
" I'll take care of the rest of the members of the Uchiha Clan." Itachi Uchiha said. " Ishiko, the future of the new rebuilded Uchiha Clan is relying on you."
" Don't worry Itachi. The new future of the Uchiha Clan will be inside of the Hidden Leaf Village and continued the work of the First Hokage." Ishiko Uchiha said.
" Since you are both Uchiha and Senju, I put my trust on you." Itachi Uchiha said. " Well then, let's start."
