~1~ a question or two

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock blasting in my ear, i groggily look up from my pillow and take a look at the time only to slam my face back into my pillow "why dose it have to be 7am already" before i have the chance to get up i hear a knocking at my door "wakey wakey princess" i cringed when i heard my roomate call me princess, i throw my pillow at the door and listen to his mischievous laugh fade away

I hop out of bed and quickly get changed. I open my door to get met with my pet cat Osmosis, i pick her up and i walk into the loungroom of my apartment "want a coffee Sebby" Ace asks me, "yes please"

I fall down onto the couch still trying to wake up fully, i was not an early bird. I watch as Ace walks over to me with two cups, he sets one down on the table and keeps the other in his hand. "That'll be $6,69 please" "go fuck yourself" "i would but its too early" "gross" i stick out my tongue to forward my response

Iafter sitting for awhile i get ready to leave the house with Osmosis on a leash. I head towards the train station and wait for the train to arrive. Soon enough the train arrives and I pick up Osmosis and make my way to a part of the train that didnt have any people near it, i sit down and Osmo makes herself comfy in my lap. I slowly pat her as i wait silently

The train slows to a stop and i stand up and leave still holding Osmosis. I make my way down the street and further into town. I make my way to a little cat cafe called 'rosette Café'

"Home sweet home" i set down Osmosis and take off her leash, she wondered over to the other cats as i walked into the back of the cafe. I put on my apron and start getting ingredients for various sweets

I hear the ding of the bell above the front door. I look past the corner and see that its Sun and Moon, they were the waiters here, but they also helped around with the sweets whenever they could. They walked into the back where i was and put on their aprons. "Need any help Seb" Sunny asked me "oooo yes please, take over making the dough for the doughnuts please" Sunny grabbed the mixer and kept mixing as i went to get some choc-chips "im experimenting today, choc-chip doughnuts" i poured the chips into the boul, there was still a little left in the bag so i gave them to Sun to eat

Moon left the room to the front counter to grab the containers, he began to fill them up when the door rang again. Knowing who it was this time i ran past everyone and pounced into his arms "wassup bitch!" I yell at him as he managed to catch me, this was my best friend of all time, Sephtis "wassup Shorty" he puts me back down on the ground and we all get back to work while making some small talk here and there

Once everything was set up we opened the shop

Buisness went smoothly and most of the cats were getting adopted, it was sad to seem them go but i was happy thay they would be getting a new loving home that would treet them amazingly. i got distracted while taking an order, that distraction was some guy trying to take his shot again "hey sweetheart, can i get your number" 'not this guy again' "no sir, you cannot have my number. Now you either give me your order or you leave" normally i wouldnt resort to telling someone to leave as an option but how he reacted last time when i rejected him, i wasnt gonna take any chances "fine. My order is you" he gave me finger gaves with a wink and i mentally threw up "whatever. Moon, Sun some help over here please, hes back" i saw the guy quiver a bit when he set eyes upon two large figures walk out from the back room and glare down at him

I put up his fists and was going to fight them but he wouldnt stand a chance, this would be his second beating in a week. I shook my head when he screamed and swore at Moon as he was dragged out of the shop and thrown onto the pavment "its one thing to throw a hissy fit but to come back and still try and flirt with the person you slapped. He's pathetic" i heard Sephtis say and i snickerd to myself

After that whole fiasco we silently went back to work

It was nering closing time and everyone was packing up, we all split the leftover sweets and made some drinks to go home with. "Goodnight guys, and you better not forget the picnic tomorrow or else ill beat your fucking asses" Sephtis said as he left, i waved him off and waited for the boys to be done getting their things "question Sebastian" i looked over at moon, it was rare for him to use my actual name, normally it would be a nickname "yeah? Whats up Moonie?" "Why didnt you just kill that guy, we all know hes just going to come back" he had a fair point but i couldnt kill him, i sighed softly and spoke
"if i killed him, or better yet, drank his blood it would cause a commotion. Vampires already have a bad reputation around these parts so if i was to just up and kill him.. i would get in severe trouble"

He nodded and pat my head before grabbing suns free hand and leaving, both saying goodnight. Osmosis walks over to me purring, she rubs her side against my legs and i pick her up and hold her in my arms. She puts her paw on my cheek and meows "they're good kids, Osmo. Plus their my friends, i cant risk them getting caught up in those types of things.. its best if i stick to the way ive always done things" he rubs his head under my chin and continues meowing and i laugh to myself

Grabbing the last things i needed from the shop i locked up. I made my journey to the train station and waited a good while for the train to arrive

I arrive back home after walking for a long time, i grab my key and unlock the door and make my way inside "honey im home" i jokingly call out "welcome back dear" i hear Ace respond from the kitchen

I walk inside and place my bags down next to the couch and let Osmosis roam around, "dinner smells amazing, what is it" "its creamy ramen, youve been dying to have it so i made it for you" "omg my hero" i walk over to the kitchen counter and and lean onto it

"Hey Ace... ive got a question" i ask him "ofcourse, you can ask me anything" he sets aside what he was doing and focused on what i was saying with a calming smile "thanks" i smile back to him but look down at my hands "its just- why are Vampires always considered the bad guys, I understand we drink blood and we need it to survive and all that but i just dont understand if that makes sense. We've changed our ways and only drink other vamps blood, or if their partner consents" i look back up at him with a sad look "are we just that horrible that people cant trust us-" i stop what i was saying when he gives me a stern look
"you cant help how the government is, and its not your fault. Yes most of us have changed our ways but they all focus on the people that resort back to old tactics when it comes to finding food, but that dosnt change anything. Their are so many people out their that love you.. if everyone else thinks of us as villians then they can go fuck themselves, cause its not what they say that matters, its what you do thay matters"

"Your right.. i just keep letting everything get to my head" he pats me on the head before grabbing two bowls and serving up the creamy ramen

I took a bite and i was in flavor hevin "oh my goodness Ace this tastes amazing!" "Thanks Sebby, glad you like it. Its not really my cup of tea though, i much prefer the taste of your blood" he nudged my side with his elbow and hit him on the back of the head "thats gay Ace, and you didnt even say no homo" i shake my head and we both burst out laughing

God i love his stupid laugh
