We gain peace and tranquility from different acts of Ibadaah

When your mind is flooded with worries and fears, and you don't even want to remove yourself from your bed, try to close your eyes.

Reminisce those beautiful memories you spent your time performing different acts of worship and how this acts lead you to having internal peace and tranquility.

Try to reminisce those moments you spend your time with the people you loved and who valued you.

Try to reminisce those beautiful moments you have spent laughing and smiling with the people you care. Try to reminisce your beautiful experiences during the previous years of Ramadhan.

You would understand how our minds and hearts were filled with worldly matters and desires without fully understanding that these will result into having more anxiety and depression.

You'll understand that happiness doesn't come from wealth, having high status in the society, nor successfully achieving material things. But it actually comes from the peace and tranquility you gained from these acts of worship, from spending your time with your loved ones, and from the time you made others feel how worthy they are.

Take note that chasing dunya results into having more heartaches because the world's design is to break our hearts and we are design to look for its cure, that is through worshipping Allah.
