Chapter 7

Ross' POV

I can't wait to humiliate Laura The Freak in front of the whole school. It will be something unforgettable. Maia thinks so too. I was walking to my house with her and she seemed like she was blushing...wait...WHAT?! Why the hell is she blushing? I mean, who wouldn't everyone gets all shy and nervous around, I'm the Ross Lynch. The guy that every girl wants to be with, well I'm with Maia and we are very happy being together. To make her blush even more, I hold her hand and our fingers interwined. I have no feelings towards Laura, like I mean who would? She's the most hideous creature that God had ever created. Oh well, everyone makes mistakes. This was all fake, me being friends with Laura was all fake, me trying to act like I'm in love with her was all fake. Me holding her hand was all fake. NO feelings, NO nothing, at all!

Ross: Hey Laura, are you okay?

Laura: (blushes very hard) Yeah, why do you ask?

Ross: (chuckles) Well, because you're blushing hard right now when I held your hand.

Laura: (embarrassed) Oh...I'm sorry. I didn't mean too...I..

Ross: Don't worry, Laura, I think you blushing is really cute. (winks at her)

Laura: (bites her lip, blushes and puts her head down watching the floor)

(After 10 minutes later, they arrived at Ross' house)

Ross: Here we are!

Laura: (scans up and down at his house in amazement) Whoa! This is your house?!

Ross: I know pretty sweet, huh? (unlocks the door with his key)

Laura: Sweet?! This is so awesome! (gets inside his house) And you have an indoor pool?!

Ross: Yep! It's all in here Laura. (smiles at his own house)

Laura: (giggles and smiles) Well, it is pretty amazing. Hey, where are your parents?

Ross: Oh right now, they are probably in their rooms, but in 3...2...1....

Stormie: (smiles and walks downstairs) Ross! My baby! You're here! (hugs him)

Ross: Hey mom. (hugs her back)

Stormie: (pulls away) (sees Laura and smiles) And who might this pretty young girl might be?

Laura: (giggles) I'm Laura Marano and I go to school with Ross. And you might be....?

Stormie: Oh! How rude of me! I'm Stormie Lynch! Ross' mother, it's a pleasure to meet you Laura!

Laura: (smiles) The pleasure is mine, Mrs. Lynch.

Stormie: Oh please, call me Stormie. Everyone does.

Ross: (smiles) Mom, where are the others?

Laura: Others? Wait you never told me you had siblings.

Stormie: Oh he does. The older one is Riker, then comes Rydel, then it's Rocky, then (points at Ross) him, and finally the youngest of all Ryland.

Laura: Oh! That seems cool.

Ross: Yeah, I love them, but sometimes they can be super annoying and by that I mean really annoying, but they are my siblings.

Laura: Wait did you just say Rydel as in Rydel Lynch?

Ross: Yeah, why? (raises his eyebrow)

Laura: Well, only because that Rydel is one of my best friends. I almost forgot that you were her brother.

Ross: (chuckles) How come you forget? We both have the same last name.

Laura: Oh well, you know.......never mind. (laughs)

Stormie: Well guys, do you need anything before you go?

Raura: No I think we are good. (looks at each other the laugh)

Stormie: Well, okay. (giggles) No funny business up there Ross!

Ross: (walks up the stairs with Laura and blushes in embarrassment) MOM!

Laura: (giggles and blushes)

(In Ross' room)

Ross: This is my room. Hope you can be comfortable.

Laura: Sure, I can be comfortable in a guy's room, right?

Ross: Well, yeah, why not? My room is very comfortable.

Laura: Okay, then what's this? (picks up a bitten pizza from the ground)

Ross: Hey anyone can get hungry at 3 am in the morning.

Laura: Okay. (quickly releases the bitten pizza) That was gross! (shaking in disgust) Do you have handsanitizer?

Ross: No, but we do have a bathroom. (chuckles)

Laura: Ugh! Where is it?!

Ross: Next to my room.

Laura: (exits the room)

Ross: (has an evil smile and an evil face because he is going to steal Laura's diary and journal) (looks inside of her backpack and finally finds it) (hears Laura's voice and quickly hides the diary in his laundry full of clothes)

Laura: I had no idea that your bathroom was really fancy. It has these...(looks at Ross with a confused look on her face) Are you okay?

Ross: (fake smiles and gets nervous) Yep! I'm more than okay, I'm...I'm....amazeballs! (mentally slaps his face)

Laura: (starts laughing) Amazeballs?! (still laughing) What kind of word is that?!

Ross: I don't know! I just weirdly made it up...(starts laughing with Laura)

Laura: Wow, you just embarrassed yourself in front of me. Wow, I never thought the biggest player would actually be a little bit embarrassed.

Ross: Hey I'm not a player, I just really really like girls!

Laura: Yeah, you had 9 girlfriends in high school. Yeah, not so player - like after all. (sarcastic tone)

Ross: Whatever.

(3 hours later)

Laura: Well, Ross, I had fun, I'll see you tomorrow at school.

Ross: You too nerd.

Laura: (glares at him)

Ross: (laughs) I'm just kidding! Just kidding!

Laura: (laughs) Bye.

Ross: Bye.

To be honest, I really wasn't kidding, she is a nerd.
