This is it, my last day here in Derry, Maine. My parents decided they have had enough of the children going missing and now we are moving to someplace called Hawkins, Indiana. I'm pretty sure someone from my school has moved there but I'm not too sure.
"KEL DO YOU HAVE EVERYTHING IN THE MOVING TRUCK? My mom shouted from downstairs. "UH YEAH I JUST HAVE THIS LAST BOX, ITS SOME OLD PICTURES." I shouted back.
Its mainly some pictures of me in kindergarten, and some with my cousin, I'm pretty sure his last name is Munson? He should be about 18ish by now.
Well it's the end of the day, which means it's time for me to say goodbye to my friends, I know I won't have any contact with them as they were toxic, but I'll still miss them.
"Bye Kelley, we'll miss you.." one of my so called friends says, knowing they are lying. "Bye I'll miss you guys too." I said in a condescending tone.
As they truck leaves my hometown, I fall asleep about halfway through the drive. I'm suddenly woken up as my dad says we have arrived, I run into the house and look at all the rooms, 'huh 5 rooms, that's nice I can have people over then' I thought, I picked the best room in my opinion. 'hm I have quite a bit of money, in a couple days I will get some stuff to decorate my room'. I run back downstairs and help unpack the truck, after we did that I took all my stuff and ran up to my room to unpack the boxes, I have quite a bit of shirts, pants and shorts but I'll need some more, 'ill get some when I get the decor for my room'
I finish unpacking and lay down on my bed, and swiftly fell asleep, but as quickly as I fallen asleep, I was quickly awoken to my alarm clock. 'oh it's 5:30, I guess I should get ready.' I rummaged through my closet and found an outfit ⬇️

As I swiftly changed, I ran downstairs and ate breakfast. My parents were already at work so I rode my skateboard to school.
As I entered the school, skateboard in hand I wandered around until I found the main office. As I entered I saw a scrawny dark haired guy walk in, I walked up to the counter and said "hello can I have my schedule?" "Oh yeah here ya go sweetie" said the nice lady at the counter. "Oh yeah and Mike here will walk you around." She says pointing at the dark haired guy who was standing behind me. "Hey I'm Mike Wheeler, what's your name?" He spoke in a rude tone. "Oh well my name is Kelley Faulter, you can call me Kel. I responded. He took a look at my schedule "oh you have the same 1st and 4th period as me, cool." He said. Then he grabs my arm and starts to drag me. "Uh hey! I got ya know I got legs right?" I said. "Oh I'm just showing you to 1st period, then you will have to find your other classes yourself, I don't feel like helping ya, sorry!" He said, he whispered the last part.
"Oh I'm fine with that." He drags me to my locker. "Here, don't want you to lose anything so put your stuff in your locker." He said. As I unlocked it, I put my skateboard and backpack in my locker and shut it firmly. Then he takes me to 1st period.

I walked into lunch, I went to the lunch line and got some chicken tenders and fries, I sat by myself because I didn't really have any friends, then Mike comes up to me "hey you can sit with my friends if you want" he says. "Oh really? Thank you" I say as I grab my lunch tray and follow him to his table. When we get there a notice a brown hair dude with fluffy hair 'oh he's kinda cute' "uhh Kel? Are you listening?" Mike said. "Oh yeah just thinking about something." I responded.
"Oh well this is Gareth, Eddie, Dustin and Jeff" Mike said while pointing at each member when he said their name. "Oh I'm Kelley but you can call me Kel!" I said enthusiastically. I says by Gareth because it was the only seat available. 'damn he's much cute up close' I thought while blushing and staring at him. "Hey you ok?" Dustin said "Your face is really red do you need something?" "Oh uh no I'm fine." I said quickly while trying not to think about Gareth.

As the last bell rang, everyone shuffled out of the classrooms and to either the front doors or their lockers, I was one of the people who went to the lockers. As I arrived to my locker I saw a note addressed to 'Kel-Kel' 'oh it might be from Mike' I thought. As I opened the letter it said 'meet me behind the gym at 3:25' then I looked at my watch and it said 3:18, I would be there on time if I ran, so that's what I did.
