She was running, and running. No end near to be faced.

Gripping onto her bag quite tightly, her glasses she held in her right hand.
The sound of rustling books left her bag as she kept running.

Suddenly a familiar sound caught her attention.

It was a little kitten meowing to be noticed.
Arin took a quick moment to pet it, knowing she was already in quite a hurry.
« I guess I can't resist a cute kitty.. »,
she sighed.
« I'm sorry, little one. I'm in a rush. Maybe some other time, alright? »

Quickly after, Arin snapped back to her original intentions.
« Damn it, I'm even later than I already was..!
Well done again, Arin!»
She mumbled as she quickly stood up and
continued running to the destination she was headed to before.

Soon after she'd finally arrived.
"Ugh, finally.",
Arin groaned.
She gasped for a little air before she would open the gates to the company.
"This damn card better work or I'm gonna-"
*bling* it opened beneath her feet.
As she then went onwards, Arin was lost in her own thoughts.
"Hell yeah, I got it first try. Another win for Arin! WOOHO-"
her sentence being interrupted once again.

Uh, oh.
Seems someone was already expecting her to show up.. late.
"You're late again, Arin. I don't want you to be fired, you know. Please let me pick you up at your place from now on? You'll keep being late if you go by foot..",
said a worried, young man Arin happened to be familiar with.

Arin sighed,
"I know, Khoi. I'm really sorry. I appreciate the offer but I'll make sure to be on time now, really!"

"You better.."
Khoi nodded as he let Arin pass the gates, as always checking her in on the 'coming late' list.
